(240 g)
Cream (from 33% fat) 200 ml
(33%)
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
(150 g)
Egg 3 pcs.
Sour cream (15-20% fat) 4 tbsp. l.
(15%)
Vanillin
(1 pack of vanilla sugar)
Lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
Baking powder 2 tsp
(1 pack)
Orange liqueur
(white rum can)
(white rum BACARDI)
3 tbsp. l.
Walnuts 100 g
Halva (preferably sesame)
(weight halva with raisins)
150 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs with sugar until the volume doubles.
  • Add cream, sour cream, lemon zest and rum. Stir in a homogeneous mass.
  • Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Knead a homogeneous dough.
  • Finely chop the nuts.
  • Halva cut into medium cubes (I chopped into crumbs).
  • Pour chopped nuts and halva into the dough and gently stir by hand with a spoon.
  • Pour the dough into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool slightly in the form for 15-20 minutes, then carefully remove.
  • The author writes that it is very difficult to take it out hot, the dough is so tender and crumbly that it is possible to take it out in parts.
  • I have a silicone mold, I greased it abundantly. oil. I let it stand for 30 minutes. I took it out very well. The only thing is that the top during baking, that is, the one on which it now stands, cracked, so it stands unevenly on the platter.
  • Sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.

Note

It was necessary to dispose of a piece of halva with raisins. There are not many raisins in it, it comes across And the beloved halva just turned out to be bought at the wrong time, so it was slightly stale. Here on the Internet I found several recipes for baking with halva. I chose not the most difficult one.
