And then I bought good ginger, lemons are inexpensive, and made a powder! And now I always have a jar on the shelf and every morning my favorite ginger and lemon!
I took in such quantity:

Peeled lemon, skinned ginger.
First, I twisted it in a meat grinder, then with a blender for maximum chopping.
Dried in Isidri on marshmallow sheets, did not lubricate with anything, it came off very easily. Since no honey was added, brittle layers were obtained. They were ground in a coffee grinder into powder, it turned out 2 such jars:

Now just boiling water, a third of a teaspoon of powder per mug - and here it is, happiness! Sometimes I add honey, and more often I drink like that. And no worries!
