So far, it suits me perfectly. The only inconvenience is that the built-in evacuator works only with "valve" packages, that is, a conventional evacuator is also desirable. And yet there are plans to purchase a submersible.
Tempo
The vacuumator is just available :) If it's not a secret - which submersible are you looking at?
dopleta
I haven't decided yet Tempo... I saw different models abroad, but I haven't stopped at a specific one yet.
domovoyx
Tempo, the most important thing is the price of the issue. And hence the advice can be given.
Tempo
The price of the issue is 15,000.
domovoyx
Tempo, not expensive, but is there a guarantee? Where did you buy it?

Larissa, submersible is probably the very thing. And it doesn't take up space, but when you need it, it's right there.

It is already the 4th manufacturer after Steba, Profi Cook and Princess, which is producing submerged sous vide this year.
So there will be plenty to choose from.

Let me join the happy owners of Caso SousVide devices. I bought CASO GERMANY FASTVAC 1000 and CASO SV 500 at a good price.
Caso SousVide Center SV 1000
Sitting in the bushes on the forum, I already practiced on steaks, duck and chicken brisket, poached eggs, etc. Everything surpassed the wildest expectations, thanks to the forum. I use packages - 🔗 Polish production but from German film. I didn't see any difference with Caso packages. Well, if only at the molecular level. Kozakplus assured that these packages can be used for SousVide.
FASTVAC 1000 and CASO SV 500 pleased with their work. The CASO SV 500 works quite quietly - it stands to itself and purrs with pump. It maintains the temperature perfectly - without deviations, even by 0.1 degrees. Happy Easter everyone. I wish you PEACE, health and prosperity.

Alexander Light1, good buy, I myself looked towards the caso sv 500. It is small, compact, one might say. I have not seen such a film on sale. I take it in Redmond, but recently I flew to China and there I bought a good film 25 cm by 5 meters for 130 rubles and I liked it. It looks and feels as good as Korean.
Alexander Light1
Alexey - caso sv 500 of course the device is compact - for the house itself, and most importantly, with circulation. Well, for us to China as to China, and with Aliexpress, etc., we still have problems in the DPR. So we have to somehow take from Ukraine. And kozakplus, because of political cockroaches in his head, does not accept orders from Russia. If you buy caso sv 500 - sure, you will not regret it.

We are glad to welcome you to the topic, Alexander, and - with wonderful acquisitions! Let them continue to delight you, and you - with new, delicious recipes!

Larissa - thank you very much and Happy Easter.

Good day. Has anyone used a CASO SV 200 or Profi Cook PC-SV 1126. How are your impressions?

Good day. Yesterday I became the owner of CASO SV 900. I'm starting to experiment.

Hello! I am going to buy this wonderful device CASO SV 900 or CASO SV 1000. I would like to ask experienced users: does this device have a function of automatic shutdown of heating at the end of a given cooking time? Thank you in advance for your response!
Alexander Svet1
This is exactly what happens with the CASO SV 500. After the set time has elapsed, heating is interrupted. I don’t think that your models will be otherwise.
