Ingredients

Celery. 1 bundle.
Parsley. 1 bundle.
Carrot. 1 PC.
Apples. 2 pcs.
Pumpkin juice. 100 ml.

Cooking method

  • Load all ingredients into a juicer.
  • Mix the resulting juice.
  • Add pumpkin juice.
  • Consume in the morning, at lunchtime, in the evening.

Dandelion salad
100-150 gr. dandelion leaves, 50 gr. raisins, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 egg, 50 gr. sour cream, salt to taste.
Dandelion leaves (you need young, uncoarse leaves; it is better to prepare such a salad in May) sort out, coarsely chop, scald, cool and put in a deep bowl. Before scalding the leaves, soak the leaves for 30-40 minutes in cold salted water (to remove the bitterness). I added washed raisins without stalks, granulated sugar, salt, sour cream. Mix everything and put in the cold for 10-15 minutes. On top of the bed I put half a boiled egg.
