Cooking method

  • 2.) Grind the yolks with salt and sugar, knead into the dough, adding flour and gradually pouring in the melted fat. Do not put all the flour at once, maybe not all will be needed. We put raisins and vanilla. The dough should not be too steep, it should "walk" a little.
