Milk 500 ml
Fresh yeast 25 gr.
Wheat flour, higher. grade 300 g
Dough
Salt 1/3 tsp
Eggs 3 pcs.
Butter or margarine 180 g
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Wheat flour, higher. grade 350-400 gr.
Vanillin pinch
Raisins 50-100 gr
Candied fruits (to taste)

Cooking method

  • 500 ml. Dissolve 25 g of warm milk. yeast, add sifted flour and stir (I pour everything into a bucket of HP and knead in it), cover with a towel or a lid and wait until the dough comes up 2 times.

You need to knead the dough for a very long time, until from a semi-liquid state it becomes more pliable, stops sticking to your hands and begins to lag behind the walls of the dishes. This process took me some time - 4 kneading on the "Dough" program in HP and about 20 minutes by hand.

  • Put the dough back in a warm place, you can put it in the oven under a light bulb. When it doubles, mix in the washed and dried, floured, raisins, candied fruits, put them in molds, filling no more than 1/2.

  • We put the dough back on the proofer, when it rises to 3/4 of the height of the molds - turn on the oven at 170 grams + convection. We check the readiness time with a splinter.
