they react to movement! I put my hand up without touching the scales, the weight begins to increase from 0 to 7g, I remove it, again 0
Tamed, apparently ... Soon they will start reacting to the voice!

Approximately 23 euros. In terms of price-quality ratio, perhaps I have not met better.

I want to throw a big stone into the beurer garden
I bought this designer beauty with number 48 for my wife (and of course for myself) as a gift. It turns on and off amazingly, reset to zero with a light touch of the little finger, and so on. BUT! They lie! On five kilograms, they fall short by as much as 100 grams! It would be cool to go to the market with them, but you need a perfectly flat surface ... When I bought, I checked with weights, but only up to 200 grams, they already showed 198 (just like on the package). All the others showed exactly, but they looked ordinary, and these - "wow." I was fooled by the brand and the design. I re-read this entire thread. And people wrote about the psychic abilities of this particular model. Well, then I will be the second, who was not lucky.
The batteries are in perfect condition, and on the internet I learned how this kind of scales are calibrated - a secret combination of button presses and a certain load is placed. If I can't find out the relationship with the store, I will select a code
The main thing is that there was no particular need to buy new scales. I used a 2 kg nikerman noname. Their only drawback was that they turned off two minutes after turning on, they had to do everything smartly, well, two kilos were not enough.

I have 187, but no instructions. I specially reviewed the package with all instructions and guarantees. And what is the question, maybe we can give an answer to the whole forum
Suslya
Yes, the scales fell by chance, and I just can't figure out how to translate them into scales, but what you can't weigh, for some reason, kilograms are obtained, in general, such a form, for example, "2,200", although the thing weighs 220 grams. 3 buttons in total, and I got lost among them like in 3 pines

Yesterday I bought this model, after reading your message, I decided to test it with a 5 kg weight. The weight differs by 11 grams. This is more than a good result, because the error of these weights is 1%, which is + -50 grams at this weight.
In your case, check again on a flat surface and using an accurate weight. Place the weight carefully - the center of weight should be as close to the middle of the surface of the scale as possible.
Chhag
Hmm, is this a good result - 11 grams per 5 kilos?
It's strange, my Soehnle Page has 1 grams across the entire range, just checked with a weight of 5 kilos - the error is still 1 gram ...
And the scales are cheaper.
Something is wrong here.

I choose from three models, Beurer KS38, Beurer KS48 and Soehnle Page. I liked the first ones because, judging by the instructions, they have 4 minutes of auto shut-off time, the second and third models like the design, but the KS48 has an auto shut-off time of 2 minutes. , According to Soehnle Page, I could not find information on the auto-shutdown time. Dear Soehnle Page owners, tell me if they have an auto-shutdown and if so, after what time? My old 13-year-old Philips does not have this function at all, the presence of this function is a little annoying, you get distracted, for example, to get something, and they turn off. And in general, how annoying this function is, share your experience, pliz.

I have an auto shutdown for 2 minutes. At first I tried to turn them off myself, and then I realized how convenient it is. There is no need to think about whether you turned off the scale, just weighed it, put it in its place, and forgot. So I think 2 min is better than 4 min, saving batteries. And if the scales turned off at no time, then you can always weigh in both directions: both by adding something to the scales, and vice versa, removing, in any case, I have no problems with this

There is an auto shutdown, 1 minute. Negative weighting is the same.

well, here I finally bought a new scale to replace the broken phillips
chose for a long time, including reading reviews in this thread.

The final choice fell on the Tanita KD-400. This Japanese company mainly specializes in medical technology.

🔗

The bread maker's bucket fits perfectly on the weighing plate (it is made of stainless steel).

🔗

🔗

The scale's auto-off timer is long - as much as 10 minutes! But you can turn it off with the "Off" button.
Naturally, there is a button for zeroing the container.
Weighing limit 5 kg., Measurement accuracy 1 g.

The sensor is very sensitive and fast, no jumps in numbers.
The display panel with LCD display and control buttons can be folded like a book during storage. In this form, the scales can be put on their side and they practically do not take up space at all.

🔗

The scales are guaranteed for 2.5 years.
The battery is used as a tablet.
The scales cost 1800 rubles with delivery in Moscow.

I'm happy with the purchase!

P.S. one more new scale brand can be added to the vote!

I waited two weeks for a response from the Beurer representative - did not wait. So, purely for fun, I went to the store with a claim. They didn’t have any other KS48 (otherwise I would have insisted on replacing it), and they didn’t like the design. Sales consultants so zealously began to process me (they are taught this in trainings?) That someone else in my place would have believed that for scales over 50 ye to lie per 100 grams is quite natural. Once again he mentally scolded himself for being led to the "firm". The only excuse is that they are so cool, so beautiful, and so fit into the kitchen design! But with such "precision" they can cause irreparable harm. The wife likes to outweigh all purchases, especially after the supermarket and after the market. She needs everything to fit to the gram!
I had to take up a screwdriver, and then a soldering iron. By the method of scientific poking, I was able to bring the error up to - 15 grams per five kg. A 5kg bag of flour was taken as a reference, which I weighed on a check scale in a supermarket. And when setting up I used a verified weight of 2 kg and a laboratory set of weights from 100 grams or less. So now it's a completely different matter! I didn’t think that it’s possible to get away from the usual bookmarking of ingredients in a bucket of HP (and so it turns out, how many grams of salt I pour). True, the wife inappropriately decided to brush something off with her finger in the ON / OFF area (who remembers how much was there?). The touch buttons have incredible sensitivity and respond to the slightest touch.By the way, a few words about the psychic abilities of this model (they have already written about this here). I confirm they react to static electricity. I begin to bring the cellophane bag with sugar, at a distance of about a centimeter -4 appears. Probably the glass surface is attracted ...

Yesterday I bought Vinzer 69188, and there, under the platform, there are three rubber bands "lying around" (they are so chaotically located). It seems to me that they affect the operation of the scales. What to do with them?
Roman_UA
All the same, yesterday I removed these rubber bands and the scales began to work perfectly.
I checked it with 4 kopecks 4 * 1.5 = 6g, then 8 * 1.5 = 12g, everything is clear.
"Kilogram" of pasta - 1,010 kg and a couple of such standards showed that the scales are quite accurate and what else I liked - fast!
In general, Winzor has a credit!

I use kitchen scales all the time, weigh everything and always, one might even say that I cannot live without them.
I have Soehnle Page available, I don't remember the Terraillon brand unfortunately, Vitek VT-1963W, Trony T-KS1000EP.
Basically, I'm happy with all the scales. Terraillon and Soehnle have no downsides, in my opinion. Minus Vitek, he begins to see only from 3 (three) grams, he does not want to see 1 and 2 grams (perhaps this glitch is only for my scales), and in Troni, on the display, the number 7 (seven) is not very clearly visible, in that plan that its upper bar is not visible, and therefore it can be taken as 1 (unit), although this small drawback is leveled by the ridiculous price of 300 rubles with a tail.
Most importantly, all scales are weighed quickly and accurately.
Voted for Soehnle, I would have voted for Terraillon, but they are not on the list, and you can only vote for one brand.
kava
And I bought Gorenje KT 05. The sensitivity is the same over the entire surface. There is taro compensation. They react quickly. So far, the only thing that is annoying is that they turn off very quickly (but do not reset the readings at the same time, which pleases).
Sullen
And yet, a little advice from my personal experience for those who are thinking about purchasing a kitchen scale. It is advisable to take scales that do not have buttons, because, even with careful use, liquid (water, milk, etc.) can get there, which is not good .. And if the buttons do not fit snugly to the body, like my Tronies, they rubber (this is another minus for them), flour and small crumbs will get there, and they will loom on the display, before your eyes. For this reason, they had to be disassembled and cleaned, the process is not long, but someone may not like this procedure. And in Vitek and in Troni, I got water a couple of times. But after drying, both the scales worked safely.
NIZA
My Philips has been plowing trouble-free for 8-9 years, although there are now scales that are much more compact and more beautiful in design, but I'm used to mine and I'm not going to change it yet.

I bought my Scarlet SC1559 scale with a bread maker (matching color). I am very satisfied. Compact dimensions, error only 1g. and, most importantly, there is a taro compensation button and the display is lit for a long time, you manage to fill up something, reset and fill it up again. The legs and buttons are rubberized, the surface itself is metal, everything is simple and clear.Weigh from 1 to 3 kg.

Darling, it is believed that 1 ml weighs 1 gram (conditionally, because it is distilled water). If you need to weigh 300 ml of water, then put an empty glass on the scale, zero the container, pour water and put it back on the scale. I don't quite understand why you need such accuracy. You still need control of the kolobok. I wish you success in mastering such an interesting business as BAKERY.

Girls, has anyone ever used this scale? Elbee 19200 Miac here is the link

Well, I must have - I myself looked at them on the Comfi website today. It looks like one-on-one with my Winzer. And so - you have to go to the store and conduct a test with coins. IMHO
Jefry
At first glance, this is an ordinary non-name. Provided that the accuracy is not lame, it is quite possible to use. My first ones from the same opera. The only thing I had to adapt to was switching off 2 minutes after switching on. But now I'm just bastard with "normal" weights, with which you don't need to rush anywhere ...

Water is measured in the same way as other products, just switch the display ("drop" button).

"TARA" resets the value on the display - it does not matter whether liquid (ml) or dry products (g) were measured.

I bought a scale Beurer, instead of the scales that have served faithfully for 3 years Kenwood(the button stopped listening). The error is 2 gr., Although the annotation says 1 gr. I put it on the scales, it shows the same product either 1 - 2 grams less, then 1 - 2 grams more. Made in Germany. The moral of this fable is: don't be fooled by the brand.
Margit, every day we check different brands of kitchen scales for accuracy with an adjustment weight. The most accurate scales are Soehnle - that's for sure!
But also Beurer accurate enough. Have Beurer sometimes it is (+/-) 1 g. The difference is 2 g - I don't remember ... Have you tried to move the scales to another surface?
Jefry
A couple of pages ago, I already sketched a bunch of slippers in the direction of the beehrer ... But now, after finishing with a file, well, that is, with a soldering iron, they work perfectly for me. Model x48, with four load cells in the corners (as a reduced copy of the floor ones). I placed a verified weight of 2 kg at different points of the scales, bent the table under them, loaded the sensors separately, knocking them out of the case - the difference in readings was no more than plus or minus two grams. And now I periodically check them with the store ones - I gained about 5 kg of food, weighed it all on the control scales, and then I look at the result at home. While it all comes together ...
Margit
I tried to rearrange to another surface, the same story. Of course I'm upset Kenwood I bought for 700 rubles, and it turned out to be better than the new one Beurer for 1,600 rubles. Interestingly, there are accurate scales Soehnle, I will search, be interested. Say what you like, but the scales in the household are a necessary thing, especially precise scales.

Say what you like, but the scales in the household are a necessary thing, especially precise scales.
If you do not wonder how much you were weighed in a store or in the market, then the scales do not need superprecision. The proportions of the ingredients in the bread will still be correct, even if the scales lie plus or minus 200 grams per 5 kg.
IMHO it is technically difficult (but possible) to make a scale with a sensitivity of one gram in the entire range from zero to 5 kg. Put a weight or something weighing two or three kg on them, and then check with coins.
Margit
I have an idea! Since the scales begin to show correctly from 3 grams, then it is better to weigh the ingredients together with a coin, then minus them. Super! Thank you all for participating!
Jefry
Margit, why such difficulties, to subtract something else. The button for this is called a "container". After all, it is not often necessary to weigh 5 grams of something directly on the scales. We put a glass, plate, bucket, press the magic button, and just then everything should be like in a pharmacy. Also, if perfect accuracy is so important, let the balance "settle down" for at least half a minute.

I tried this and that, no difference. And with tare, after zeroing, it shows the weight starting from only 3 grams.
Jefry
Then yes, this is already some kind of systemic jamb ... And what kind of model do you have, if not a secret?
sazalexter
Jefry Rather, it is so laid down, even in the trading scales there is a minimum weight.
But everything is normalized there and indicated in the passport. And in households it is as if it is not necessary
