The second time, I prudently took a 26 cm shape. It turned out just right. The height with such a diameter of the mold turned out to be about 10 cm. Now I think to make Easter cakes from this dough. I could not stand it, and for 1 hour I transferred him (in uniform) to the battery. He decided to grow up, apparently so as not to irritate me. In the oven, it has reached its normal size, it has become brown. Well, and as expected, cut, impregnated, smeared. I sent them to the balcony for the night. Dined off in the morning. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe! Yes. Instead of cognac, I added lemon juice to the impregnation and cream and tore a little zest.

I started the dough in KhP on the "dough on dumplings" mode. It was kneaded for 45 minutes. Then I put it in the MV bowl and turned on the "dough" mode for 2.5 hours for layering. Then she put it in the oven in the same bowl. Baked as written in the recipe for 30 minutes at 180 °.
Prescription cream is enough for me. Only next time I will put a little less powdered sugar, in my opinion it's sweet.
And the last thing. I have been looking for a recipe for a dough for buns or Easter cake for a long time, but I just couldn't do it. I decided that I will now make them according to your recipe, because the taste and consistency of the cake is just for my taste. I understand that this is thanks to HP, I myself cannot knead it. Bookmark "Nevsky" !!!

I did everything exactly according to the recipe and the result is exactly as in the author's photo. Well, very tasty, sweet enough, but not cloying. Baked for the birthday of her husband - a lover of this cake and the birthday boy really liked it. The only thing, instead of cognac, I added Etker's flavoring "rum" because the children were small (and with terrible force). A very good recipe!
