Preparation

Nut flour (hazelnut, almond) 20 g
Amaretto (limoncello, kirsch, rum) 10 g
Baking powder 5 g
Salt 2 g
1. Cut dried fruits into 0.5 centimeter pieces, pour boiling water over. Put nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios) in a bag, roll over it a couple of times with a rolling pin. Grinding into dust is not worth it, the nuts should remain in pieces.
2. Put all the ingredients (except nuts and dried fruits) in a bowl, knead to a homogeneous dough. It is quite possible to knead this amount with a spatula, without resorting to the help of technology.
4. When the dough is smooth, add nuts and / or dried fruits. The latter must be dried before adding.
5. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours.
6. Line the bottom of the bowl with baking paper or a silicone mat.
6. After an hour and a half, separate half of the dough, roll a sausage out of it, put it on paper or a rug.
7. Form a bar out of the dough sausage with your hands.
8. Bake on the "Oven, level 2" mode - 25 minutes (until distinctly brown)
9. Remove from the bowl, let cool for 5-7 minutes. Using a bread knife, cut into slices 1 - 1.5 centimeters thick. Return to bowl.
10. Dry on the "Oven, level 1" mode for 10 minutes.
11. Repeat steps 6-10 with the second portion of the test.
