Baked in an aluminum detachable form of Soviet times. I put a piece of baking paper under it, remembering that I would have to twirl to evenly fry the top (I regret the bowl cover). The dough is not steep. It does not roll into a ball, but it is not liquid either, it reaches for a spoon and with a wet hand you can easily make sides to put the filling and filling. To prevent the apples from sticking together, when laying, I gradually spilled the filling and left a little filling up.
I baked for a long time (for me, accustomed to pies in 30 minutes in Tortilla and to cakes in 7 minutes in MP - unrealistically long!) 1 hour on a pie, level 3.
