Ingredients

Avocado 2 pcs.
Canned shrimps 100 g
Canned champignons 100 g
Ripe banana 1 \ 2pcs.
Tofu 50 g
Water 50 g
The juice 1/2 lemon
Salt, white pepper taste
Orange for serving

Cooking method

  • Cut the avocado lengthwise into 2 parts, remove the pit, take out the pulp with a spoon, chop finely, sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to turn black.
  • Champignons, banana, 1 \ 2 part of shrimp finely chop.
  • Beat the tofu with water until smooth.
  • Mix all the ingredients, season to taste, put in halves, garnish with the remaining shrimp.
  • Serve on orange wedges.
  • Very quick salad. All the ingredients are already ready, it just remains to cut. For those who do not observe fasting, you can add more boiled chicken and season with mayonnaise. The proportions are conditional and can be adjusted to your liking.
