I changed the recipe, which was in the instructions, for myself, going through a path of trial and error. After all the experimentation, this recipe seemed to be the most successful. You can dip the ready-made donuts in the glaze, I did not have time to do this, since everything was quickly eaten. Sugar is possible and less, as anyone likes, for us a glass, just right. It tastes much better than it looks

I want to ask: And there is your dough - it turns out liquid, should you pour it with a spoon in a circle or what? And then, in the end, what they are: soft, crunchy, or maybe hard on the outside, but soft on the inside. I did it according to the recipe from the instructions (or not from the instructions, I don't remember anymore), I didn't like it. I understand that in real life donats are cooked in boiling oil, well, or in the oven in molds, but here is a closed container, from where the steam is not so easy to escape, well, there is no boiling oil, so anyway, they will not turn out like that. But I want a good proven recipe.

Real donuts are fried in boiling oil. These donuts are soft and porous inside. Sweet with a light milk chocolate flavor. The dough is like thick sour cream. I poured it with a dessert spoon along the edge of the mold. If you pour less, it will not rise to the top panel and will not bake well. Of course, not for everybody. Who is used to fried, who like baked ... You can dip in the icing. I didn't have time - they ate it like that ...;
