Cooking method

  • These gingerbread cookies differ in their dough consistency and method of preparation from typical gingerbread. The dough is not dense, you need to spread it on a baking sheet, you do not need to hold the dough. That's why I called it fast! The gingerbread cookies are delicious and soft.
  • Turn on the oven. Melt butter, sugar and honey, sugar should completely dissolve. Sift flour, add spices and baking powder, mix. Add flour mixture to the almost cooled honey mixture and knead the dough. Add milk to make the dough spreadable, but not runny and not tight. We bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 20min. Cut into diamonds or squares, garnish with nuts and glaze.
