  • 1. Prepare the required amount of cakes and cream. I had a sour cream for 400g. sour cream, baked in 2 forms 23 * 35cm. Cream with whipped cream, about 800g.
  • 2. For the sample, I cut out a small heart from a piece of polystyrene and glued it to the substrate using cream in the position that I will make the cake. It's not necessary, but the sample is easier for me to work with.

  • 3. Now I take the cakes and cream and put them up the hill, trying to give the overall shape of the given cake. You can just fold everything up, and then cut it, but then there will be more scraps. Cover the cake with cream (so that it does not dry out) and put it in the refrigerator to seal for 2 hours (or overnight, or until the cream hardens).

  • 4. We take the cake out of the fridge and start forming the heart. First, we cut off all unnecessary along the contour of the heart, betraying the desired outlines. Then we cut along the top and bottom edges, giving roundness. I periodically looked at my polystyrene example))))

  • 5. Then I straightened the upper part of the heart, cut from one half and put it on the other. Has formed the desired roundness.

  • 6. All the trimmings were ground in a blender, mixed with cream and this plaster went around the whole cake, smoothing and giving the final shape.

  • 7. Now coat everything with mastic cream (I have butter + chocolate 1: 2) until smooth.

  • 8. Cover the cake with mastic (I have marshmallows with glucose) and decorate at our discretion)))).
