Hamburg potato pie

Ingredients

Potatoes 1.5 kg.
Salt taste
Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l
Milk 1 liter
Butter for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Boil 2-3 potatoes of the total in their skins. Cool, peel and coarsely grate. Peel raw potatoes and also grate, mix with boiled potatoes. Add milk, flour, salt, mix well. Grease a baking dish with butter, put the potato mass. Bake at 200 Cabout until golden brown. I sprinkled some grated cheese on the pie. Blow hot with sour cream, tomato or garlic sauce. On request, a salad of fresh vegetables is served with the pie.
