Making chips from a vegetable mix.
I put chopped vegetables (onions, carrots, cabbage) with vegetable oil until softened, add various spicy seasonings, thicken the vegetable puree with flaxseed flour and dry them on trays in Isidri.
I cut the dried sheets into squares with scissors.
