Good day.
Here is an option for making cottage cheese in a slow cooker.
The proportion is one to two.

We take two liters of kefir (the fatter the better) and one liter of milk (3.2% fat is enough) ... then pour the milk (liter) into the multicooker bowl, set the “multi-cook” mode → temperature 35 degrees, time 5 minutes. After stopping the program (after 5 minutes), pour kefir (2 liters) into the bowl, then set the temperature to 85 degrees with the multi-cook program and set the time for two hours.
Everything, two hours later, after the multicooker has turned off (I turn it off with a button, you can from the socket) let the cottage cheese cool down to room temperature, after which you can start separating the whey from the curd, for this we take a sieve and cheesecloth ... into a sieve, pour the cottage cheese with whey, let it stand for 45-60 minutes, if you want to get dry cottage cheese, then hang the cheesecloth with cottage cheese for 12-15 hours.

P.S. After straining the cottage cheese for an hour, the cottage cheese is moistened, but not wet. If you heat milk with kefir for more than two hours, then the cottage cheese will turn out to be hard, just as if you set the temperature to more than 85 degrees, the cottage cheese will not work ...

Great recipe. Made by the whole family on their RMC-250. Good cottage cheese turned out. The children liked it (usually they don't even want to see cottage cheese). True, at first they were a little inattentive and the temperature was set to 95. And obviously, the cottage cheese did not work out.
So I advise you to read the recipe carefully. Better to write it down.

At temperatures above 42 degrees, little useful remains in the curd. I cook cottage cheese in a multit from natural fermented milk at a temperature of 40 degrees, on a multi-cook for at least an hour. Sometimes it takes more time, the time depends on the milk. I check the curd and add the time.
