Ingredients

sour cream (I have 20%) 250 g
butter (I have 120 g) 225 g
salt 5 g
wheat flour 300 g
egg to grease 1 PC
Sprinkling:
poppy seeds, cheese, sesame seeds, seeds, coarse salt taste
Addition:
good company, wine or beer taste

Cooking method

  • I suggest you try some unsweetened German pastries.
  • In the baking of such cookies, there is a large scope for creativity - you can vary with different types of sprinkles: poppy seeds, cheese, sesame seeds, seeds, caraway seeds, nuts and even coarse salt.
  • Cookies go well with dry wine. It goes well with beer too!
  • Cooking the dough.
  • Mix flour, sour cream and softened butter with salt

My sour cream is 20% fat, so I took the liberty of reducing the amount of oil this way. The fat content of the oil also affects.
The cut in the photo is visible - the layering is good. Some butter is replaced with margarine to reduce the fat content ...

Anna, and three baking sheets will not be enough if they run ... But you should not store it - the taste does not change for the better. On the third day it is not at all the same as on the first (although it’s still delicious).
