paprika 1 tsp
curry (optional) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • I love potatoes since childhood. As soon as I saw these recipes, I realized that it would be delicious!

  • Wash the potatoes and cut into slices or cubes, at least 1 cm thick.

  • We put it in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

  • On a baking sheet covered with baking paper or foil, pour the olive oil and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • We take out a baking sheet and put potatoes on it. Sprinkle with a mixture of spices and send it back to the oven for 1 hour.

The original recipe did not include t * C and I cooked according to my oven data.
I heated the oven to 180-200 * C.
I cooked potatoes several times in both temperature conditions and the crust appeared at 200 *, and at 180 * there was only a slight hint of it.
And since all ovens have different characteristics, I would advise you to cook in the t mode you prefer and follow the cooking process.

My husband and I decorated my Saturday dinner with such a potato. And for me one of the positive indicators was that (I cooked a little more than one meal) and on the second and third days (I took to work for lunch as a side dish) it was very tasty.
