The Gourmet has three modes, respectively, you can set the timer to a smaller mode if in doubt. The quality of the coating in Gourmet is excellent (for now, at least), the products slide as if on an oiled surface, wiped off after cooking without problems. A dark circle appeared on the top cover - I opened the instructions, and it says that the upper heating should be turned on only if during cooking on this surface, otherwise, as the instructions say again, a dark circle will appear. I liked the gourmet, in general. Yes, and there is a pen!
