"Sauce a la mayonnaise

Milk (I had 2.5% fat, but the fat is not important here) - 150 ml
Vegetable oil (any refined) - 300 ml
Mustard (ready-made) - 2-3 tsp
Lemon juice (can be replaced with any vinegar, for example - apple or wine) - 1-2 tbsp. l.
Salt (to taste) - 0.5 tsp.

And you can take any vegetable oil! The first time I made olive and sunflower in a 1: 1 ratio, and the second time completely from vegetable - I liked it more! In general, you can experiment with oil - everyone has different tastes! ;-)

.... and beat with a blender (not a mixer) ....literally in 5-7 seconds you will see how you got a thick emulsion !!!! It was a miracle for me !!!! :-) :-)
