LudMila, is there really such happiness to buy an electric noodle-cutter at such a super-cheap price? Honestly, such prices even scare me. God grant that everything will come safely. We will look forward to the report on the noodle cutter.
LudMila
CreamyAlevtina, I myself was very surprised at this price today!)) The order was accepted, the letter came to the post office, but so far no one has called back.
I already ordered dishes on this site about 3 years ago, also with a discount of 80%. Then everything was brought.

Oh, I'm just looking for a noodle cutter on this site too. But low prices are somehow alarming.
LudMila
We called today, confirmed the presence of the noodle cutter!
The order, however, will be delivered in 3 weeks, because I have other positions there, one of which is on pre-order.

As for the low price, it does not bother me at all, especially since I have already ordered from them, also with great discounts.

So they sent it? Site not left ? And then, now there are many of them, they work on a prepaid basis, but the goods are not sent. Here Irinka was so deceived with a bread machine and a tempting price.
LudMila
Irina, the site is not left.
In addition, I have now chosen a payment method - in cash to the courier, but this is only for Moscow.
And, by the way, they refused to order dishes for me in the amount of 1 piece, so the noodle cutter will be delivered on Wednesday!

The prices are lower there, but delivery from 800r and self-pickup is not for mere mortals, and I am outside the Moscow Ring Road, so it will be very expensive. I wanted an empire 650 with an electric drive for 8454r,

🔗

or just an electric drive,

🔗

since I already have a manual one.
The toad strangled. And I ordered in another checked place just a 1.6mm spaghetti attachment for the Bosch combine,

🔗

especially since the dough sheeter is already there. Released 4700r and pickup. I wanted to immediately order a 6mm nozzle, but again the toad strangles. On the hand, there is such a cutting thickness.

Tell me, why do I need so many noodle cutters? It became not convenient to twist the hand. My method requires a third hand or an electric drive. A manual machine is also a good machine, but you have to ask someone for help so that the process goes faster. Since now I first cut the layers across to the length that the noodles should be, and then quickly pass one strip at a time, through the noodle cutter. I used to roll out long layers, dry them and cut them with 0.8-2mm nozzles just as long. But then it was necessary to cut it across so that the noodles were short. At this stage, I was unrealistically sausage with anger, since when cutting, glued bundles of noodles were obtained, which had to be torn apart by hand. It took more time than rolling and slicing. I cut it with a knife and scissors, one fig - you almost guess with the consistency of the dough and everything sticks together tightly. And after all, I dry it before cutting and it's still a hassle. And I don't like dusting with flour, it then makes the broth cloudy.

By the way, the 0.8mm nozzle, which was bought separately for the Empire, turned with difficulty all the time and in the end it began to jam so much that it was no longer possible to cut it.

And I never made friends with an additional nozzle for round spaghetti - after cooking they still look square in cross-section, as if I were cutting a 2mm thick layer on a 2mm nozzle. Even though the girls here gave me good advice, but with my perfectionism, I still see that it turns out not what I expected. Oh, by the way, I cut the chak-chak with a spaghetti nozzle)) It swells in breadth when frying, so that almost round sticks are obtained.

For the price of a harvester attachment - a complete unit, rolling with two cutters.

For home use, the ideal option is a mechanical noodle cutter, budget 2000r. You won't make noodles so often that you would buy an electric expensive one, from my own experience. The brand does not play a role at all, they look almost identical.
The thing itself is very cool. by the way, if you want long noodles (I did it by the meter), then it is better to lie down for a day in the refrigerator after kneading the dough in the form of a sausage.
    kirch
I don't agree at all. There was an inexpensive mechanical one. The quality is bad, the noodles did not cut through. Atlas is now electric. Heaven and earth. And I use it regularly. I make noodles. Dough for dumplings and manti kata.

but I agree with Yuri, well, not in terms of cheap pribluda, but in terms of manual \ well, from the point of view of money \ that seems like we have enough foodies, yes-- we were thinking about the engine at first, but now we have adapted - for a couple of hours a month in advance we put on all sorts of things about the motor and forgot

I have had an Atlas motor not so long ago, only two months, but I am already so happy, I just can't put it into words. And, of course, I am very pleased that the engine does all the work, and I only straighten the dough belt with both hands. It would be much more difficult for me to turn the handle with one hand, and work with the dough with only one hand. In addition, I have a glass table on which I put the dough roller, and it is not possible to attach it to it.

I do not agree, Lyud! I am with you, Svetluchay and Bizhulka - the same!
I am also FOR an electric machine.
I’m here, it’s not clear why, suddenly my shoulder ached, and I was impatient to fill up the chebureks (well, I can’t think about anything else). So I can't even imagine how I would turn the handle of a mechanical typewriter, and picking up a rolling pin and rolling out the dough by hand is out of the question.
Well, what am I now, chebureks not to eat? Yes schaz! I will take out my electric beauty and in six seconds I will cook up a whole bunch of pasties without making a single peep. So, in my case, there is no need to talk about the convenience of electric test machines. Yes, and in a healthy state I will not turn the handle, since I’m already completely insolent.

In general, girls and boys, there is nothing to argue about, whoever is comfortable using that, and let everyone around them at least shout.
But note, any person, at the first opportunity, will definitely try to facilitate his work, no matter what he says.

So cheap and work for their price - with rare exceptions
So I pinned a slicer from Hungary at 00 - specifically, the Japanese beast, the motor was cut for a couple of months and now we get it from the mezzanine 3-4 times a year

So with the noodle cutter - at first the hand was already tired, now only sheets on lasagne, dumplings and lagman
In our family, there are mainly rice and buckwheat, well, yellow porridge for grandchildren, and like pasta, the son from work brings all kinds of Japanese-Chinese garbage

Of course, who eats noodles 3 times a day, of course, a motor is needed - but so IMHO of course
    By the way about eggs
Somehow they stopped cooking in mostly red-hot in the course or poached
    filirina
Anatoly! Well, with poached poultry, it's clear, but what are hardened eggs?
    shade
    Peace be with you bakers!
and these are boiled eggs + another hour \ well, whoever you like for tanning - up to 5 hours \ baked in the oven up to 120 degrees, you can even more, but there is a risk that they crack, although it's okay - there is nothing to leak out, it tastes, well, smoked whether
and on color such as coffee with milk - we like it, especially the grandchildren who refused to eat eggs in any form, but in this version they stuff their mouths
You can, of course, not cook, but immediately put it in the oven, but in this case you need to be 100% sure of the quality of the egg, otherwise the protein will turn out denser than the yolk, which is not right, I bake not in the oven, but in a mini-oven / in my light bulbs \
and it takes 40 minutes to get to the condition we need

    but I agree with Yuri
But not me! Well, it is impossible to pretend to be a multi-armed Shiva!
    1) Firstly, it is not necessary to attach the rolling machine to the edge of the table somewhere on the edge of the table - and this is sometimes very problematic with our countertops (in our country, for example, until you open the door of one of the undercounter cabinets wide open - and this creates inconvenience of movement), it is impossible to screw the rolling machine anywhere.
    2) Secondly, I'll say simply: with and without an engine - this is heaven and earth !!! Sounds unfounded - but only until the very first experience!
    3) And the most important thing is the financial base! If the standard of living permits - buy either an electric dough sheeter or an engine for it!

By the way, this issue has already been discussed here ...

Indeed, it is insanely interesting to learn how to work with her.
At first glance, it has undeniable advantages:
    - compactness,
    - electric drive,
    - great price.
If, in addition, the ergonomics during use will be at their best - almost ideal for the home!
It seems that it is not necessary, but I still sit and wonder: should I put it in front or sideways, where will the finished products go?

    LudMila
    Tests conducted.))
Until now, there was no experience of communicating with the noodle cutter, with any.
At first I was terribly upset - I turn on the device, but it does not turn on! I decided to look at the two-page instructions on this matter (found in advance on the Internet, because this instruction was attached to the device only in English), and it says that if the frame is raised, the noodle cutter will not work. Why did I pick it up, I don't know ... I put it down, everything started spinning.
There is only one power button, so all 3 mechanisms rotate at the same time.
It is more convenient to put the noodle cutter sideways, so it turns out that the dough is laid on the right ("from the face"), and pulled out on the left ("behind"). The maximum thickness is 1, the higher the number, the thinner, you need to turn off the machine to switch.
She rolled the dough into 7 out of 9, did a little.
Then I cut it on a small cut. And then I noticed that some "noodles" are kind of glued together by 2, I don't know whether it depends on the dough or what ... They are separated quite easily, but in general I didn't really like it, you can see the uncut ones from below:

If you did not dry the dough that was slightly rolled out into layers before cutting into noodles, then this may be the reason.
As you can see, there are two options to correct the clumping: flour and drying. Take your pick!
    And the third option: both!
    LudMila
    Elena Bo, Igrig, Thank you!
I read the theory, but when I began to do it, I forgot everything.

No, the third option is to try to make the dough a little thicker. So my old hand was made, I did not cut through a very thin dough to the end. AND LudMila 7 out of 9 cut the thickness, and this is quite thin.
