It is not said where the noodle cutter was bought. Sorry.
Me too, as Miranda think to start with a simple inexpensive.

Yes, there is in November 15, I asked, tossed between three, then bought this one in the review.

Quote: Miranda
For a month now, pah-pah-pah, he has been working three times a week so that he can work longer.

I bought in Onlinetrade, looked there in the shopping list - I bought it on 11/25/15 for 1092 rubles, 468 points were written off. That is, its price was 1.5 thousand in about 15 year.

She's my only one, she's not overgrown with others. I rolled salted dough on it for about a year or so, until I read here that I shouldn't do that. I drive it more often in winter, because we don't like dumplings / dumplings in summer. And noodles all year round. On average, if you divide it, it turns out that I have used it for 21 months (92 weeks) at least 100 times for sure, or maybe 120-130.

I immediately roll the dough for at least 0.5 kg. flour (when noodles) and 1-1.5 kg. flour (when dumplings).

Here I rolled what was in the review (I just saw that I had a box and everything, and decided to take a picture at the same time and write a review), feeling that for the first time, that now - an excellent condition.

For myself, I decided that either it was already completely cool (and I want a Marcato paste machine that kneads and twists / cuts), or this one will be until the end of her days, and how / when / if it breaks, then I'll look after another. Because I know my character and half solutions are just a waste of money. But it's not at all difficult for me to twist my hands, the result is excellent, why spend money.

And I dream about this, or maybe I'll buy a rolling machine for my Kenwood (although I still want Marcato)

PS and I chose between these models (from the old post)

Quote: Miranda
I looked for such a model Kelli KL-4110.
18cm, reviews are usual, like Germany, but made in China.

And then the online trade sent me bonuses for Black Friday, and I already had bonuses there, I decided to look.

There is such a lineup.
Wellberg 7481WB - 18cm.
Wellberg 901WB - 15cm.
Bekker BK-5200 - not found, different information.

Becker took it because there were more reviews on him.
I do not regret it for almost two years now (it will be in November).

And, yes, I join the advice to check the parallelism of the rollers and cut the paper. Then the cheap one is not terrible. I recommend my own, because it is time-tested and has already paid for itself for a long time both with money and health (if someone rolled the dough with his hands and his back hurts, he will understand).

She also took the first Becker 2 years ago, now electric, but not worse at all. And I also give it to those of my acquaintances who are interested in homemade noodles and dough, but have neither the skill nor the idea to decide “must — don’t”. So she steadfastly survived, the crooked handles, already 4 now owners of a similar device (either bought this or another brand of electric)

And not only the back! It will also save your nerves! When I rolled it out with my hands, for some reason, immediately behind the rolling pin, the dough tried to shrink again, that is, it didn't work out thin ... maybe there is not enough strength? ... And my husband loves dumplings with thin dough ... So she was nervous

Thank you, Miranda! Thank you,Fifanya, Anya, lana light,
Girls, I will take on Ozone. "Select"
~ the word is inappropriate, but return, having examined the rollers ...
At Ozone (delivery point), the procedure is as follows: Pay, then Inspect, I don't like it ~ Write an application with a passport, issue a refund.
I will order exactly Vekker. There are two of them now. There is for 1880 ~ the one that Miranda has.
And there is for 2 thousand with a tail. Interesting: than is she better.?
Svetlucha

As I expected, my parcel from Germany was turned back in Moscow at the customs. Today I called DHL, they confirmed to me that they do not accept parcels to individuals in Russia. Moreover, the seller in the announcement indicated the shipment by a completely different type of shipment, why on earth he sent DHL, and how it was received for a private person is not clear. The son got in touch with the seller, he offered to send the machine again with the same shipment indicated in the ad. But we refused, said to return the money.

After that I ordered a marcato with a motor from the Italian Amazon, by the way, the price is much lower than on eBay. In general, I have continuous adventures with the typewriter.
SoNika
Svetlana, I sympathize. The machine was class. I don't regret her. But, Svetlana, that everything is not being done for the better ... it means that something is wrong, so you will turn to another
Svetlucha
SoNikaSo I ordered exactly the same car Marcato atlas 150 motor, only now in Italy on Amazon. Let's hope that everything goes well with the Italians.

mamusi, as far as I understood from the description, the one that is more expensive (art 5201) rolls noodles with a width of 1.5 mm and 6.6 mm, and the cheaper one (art 5200) - with a width of 2.2 and 6.6 mm. the rest seems to converge more or less
mamusi
lana light, There is also a third, more expensive. Makes dumplings. I didn't understand how. But people are NOT praising. They say. The function is poorly thought out and the dumplings are freaks. So I ordered the simplest 5200. For 1880 p.

This is a Teskomovsky ladle. But the stain there turned out like a whitish coating. And it does not affect anything and I still love this ladle - I just usually stir the salt, although I pour water at different temperatures.
Elena Tim
TESKOMA Dysch! Figase! The Czechs have completely lost their scent ?!

I'll go to Teskom's milk cooker and pour salt. No, I'm just wondering if the chezanafiq is going on.
So what, you say, needs to be done, An? Pour cold water and gurgle salt there? How much to keep?

ooh our locals .. also sometimes so unpredictable.

I recently sent a package with all sorts of nonsense back to Russia. They fumbled her for a long time at customs, I was very busy and missed this moment, and in the meantime they sent back, motivating with non-existent nonsense.

Svetlana, dont be upset! Everything that is done is for the best! YOUR car will come a little later, that was not yours, so the Europeans did not let it in to you

I also have white salt stains in Teskom's saucepan if I add salt to cold water. But they are easily removed with vinegar.

Mrs. Addams
Girls, hi-hi! The other day I came across this Temko, only now I will start reading it.
I have a case from the opposite - at first I bought a typewriter (one might say I snatched a stock in the "Galamart" found in St. Petersburg), now I think how to approach it. "Bread maker" is something - I got into the topic of meatballs frozen in silicone molds, but ended up in noodle cutters ... I wanted my own pelemeshek
Previously, I did not think about buying much - for me this is not an essential item due to the fact that I almost never use ordinary flour.
You will forgive me if I ask elementary questions, I should at least start using it right away, otherwise it will stand until the carrot spell. I understand correctly that you cannot wash it - just wipe it, and throw out the first rolled dough? (but will it collect all the dirt?). And after using the flour, the dough does not remain on the rollers - just wipe it too? Can CH flour be used? Sorry for the questions again

Quote: Gata

Rita, mine has been working a little less - about 1.5 years (t-t-t). Cost in the region of 1000. I am not campaigning, I suggest as an option - I just don't remember what it's called ... I found it on their website, even the price is reduced, although it may only be for their IM, I took it offline. I have this

you can look in your own or just the nearest stores.
Anya, did you buy it in Galamart? (there are all goods without a special name, the box simply says "Noodle cutter")
I wanted to ask - was there any instruction there, don't you remember? And then such a store is strange, it seemed to me that at least something should be - a guarantee, an instruction - I had nothing at all

RUB 395,000

Well this is where such a price was found?
In Italy, Marcato Pasta & Pizza - 270-300 euros, which in our money will come out 21-22 thousand.

Rich equipment - a gurney and two cutters 15 cm., And a cutter 22 cm, plus a circular knife. Lots of extras cutters 30 + - euro, only raviolnitsa 50 + -.

I do not argue, 22 + - thousand is expensive (although if you bribe attachments for my Kenwood, a gurney and cutters, then it's also not a penny), but not 400 thousand

that you can't wash it
For 7 years of very frequent use - the dough roller is screwed on the edge of the kitchen table - I washed my own 3 times. And so, yes, after work I just miss it with a brush. But all the same, in the end, dough accumulates at the joints, I soak and rinse under the stream. Stands in a draft for a couple of days, so that it’s probably dry everywhere.

Duck what - such an instruction for dough sheeters and noodle cutters ... You can see it all. And there are an incredible set of videos about rolling and cutting on the Web from all over the world.

Irshawell, these are overpriced
We have sooo expensive Marcato, at least Atlas, at least Restaurant.

But, there are also completely different cars.

Marcato Pasta is on the Italian Amazon from 217 to 308 euros of different configurations.

And then there is the Restaurant - their most expensive model.
She is in Italy 3 + - thousand euros. Sooooo expensive.

It is completely different, unlike the first one, there is a metal stirrer, not plastic. Body made of other materials, zero plastic. There's a pasta machine on the other hand, curly pasta presses. On the other hand, there are two motors - two rotors work at the same time. They buy it in restaurants.

Fig knows, I poured it rather into a warm one, did not interfere and she lay there for a while, maybe before boiling, I don't really remember. But I remember that there was nothing else in the water.I was going to cook the dumplings, so I forgot to stir. The stain is small and whitish, maybe it can be scraped off somehow straight away, but somehow I did not resist to such an extent. I don't have a PMM, but it's in the plans - maybe it will be washed off in it. But the fact remains - the topcoat has changed precisely because of the salt.
I look below they wrote about vinegar - I have not tried it. I can't stand this smell, but today I'll come home with a specialist and I'll try it - maybe the truth will pass everything

I bought directly in Galamart. There was a manual for it and a book with recipes. But when they are pulled out to look, they are sometimes put back at random - yours, probably, was just that unlucky.
I like the store - I take a lot of small things there and for consumables (such as garbage bags, towels, etc.) there are often very good discounts. There is also a lot of garbage there, but this is the case everywhere.

Girls, are there owners of Mayer & Boch noodles here? Can anyone say something about them? I want to buy a simple manual noodle cutter for "try". It is advisable not to fall apart after the first application.

Gata, Anya, you can replace vinegar with citric acid if there is a problem with the smell.
Gata
Anchic, Anya, thanks, I'll try and report back later.

Irsha, Gata, girls, thanks for the answers! Yes, okay, with this instruction, I've really seen enough videos, I hope everything will work out.
SoNika
Mrs. Addams, it will work! For the first time, too, everything is by grams, according to the video, with the central locking system, an unusual brownish color, so now I add a little to the sun and dilute with flour 1c or general purpose. And nothing has yet burst, has not cracked

Svetlana, Congratulations!
Svetlucha

Girls, thanks! Now I sit and think where to start. There are no instructions in Russian, in English I read only the composition of the pasta dough. Write - do not add salt. We should probably make a test dough for cleaning the machine. Or immediately make a normal dough, and drive the first piece for cleaning. And the instructions also say that eggs should not be used immediately from the refrigerator. And here's more about salt. Well, okay, salt is not needed for pasta, but what about dough for dumplings and dumplings without salt? So far there are more questions than answers. I don't want to ruin everything.
Anchic
Svetlana, the first piece of dough, yes, clean the machine. About salt - it seems to me that you can not salt the dough for dumplings, because we add some salt to the water.
gawala
Svetlucha, Svetlana, drive the first piece to clean the rolls. Eggs, yes, at room temperature. I do this, take an egg and put it in hot water for literally a minute or two, it warms up to the desired state .. No need to put salt in the dough, add some salt to the water and the noodles will be normal, there will be no feeling that it is not too salted .. it is clear that water salt to taste, strong-low-medium ..
Don't mess up, don't worry ..
Svetlucha

Already made noodles, hanging dries. The dough was made according to the recipe for HP Panasonic, but the dough turned out to be quite soft, I had to rub it with my hands for a long time. If you do something cooler, the baker will not be able to cope, she was on this test and then hummed with tension. Maybe in a combine harvester try with knives, and then join hands? Girls, what do you say?

I do not stop switching, in the instructions I did not find any restrictions on switching the thickness of the rolling during the operation of the motor, I have been using the marcato 150 for a long time, while everything is fine (mmm). only the first time was frightened by the sound when the motor was running (as if it was working through force), but when the Internet appeared and I watched videos on YouTube, I calmed down, now the sound of the new ones can be different.

Oh, girls, what a delicious homemade noodles she is. Yesterday I rolled wide noodles, and at the end of a thin noodle. Yesterday for dinner I cooked a broad with a sauce of chicken, tomatoes, zucchini, with cheese, in general, an Italian version. And today I cooked a thin noodle for myself for lunch. I wanted to see how she would behave during cooking. She was very fragile in appearance. She behaved perfectly. Nothing stuck together, cooked for 3 minutes. The taste is great!
