Mine refused to help me (like under warranty)
I ordered myself a toy myself and figure it out. (Take it)
Well, they explained to me that this process is very easy.
And I decided:
1. First, the photo was searched in a disassembled state of the Atlas (I did not find it)
2. Then where and how to unscrew the question also arose.
3. Then I searched for a suitable screwdriver (I didn’t find it, but I can find it too)
4. In short, I admit that I am blonde.
We'll have to go to the company for service (far away)
Probably need collective help (poke your nose), something I did not see such a problem in the topic

Volume, and explained what?
What did they say to do ??? Describe the process?
Volume
Yes, the process, in theory, should be simple: they advised to unscrew the screws and put the gear that had jumped off into place (I was delighted, it just sounds like it). And there is nothing to break, everything is iron. The manager explained to me that it was I who turned the switch in the opposite direction and the gear jumped out of its place. Although I didn’t twist it anywhere (I was afraid, it’s new on February 20, just brought in). Even in the topic about pita, I wrote about a moment that was incomprehensible to me. At the time of rolling the dough to 9, sometimes the regulator jumped from 9 to 0 by itself and the dough was chewed. AND Masinen-Masha wrote in the topic on March 8: "In general, I shouldn't throw it to 0. Something is wrong with the machine. They have a big guarantee. You can use it if you bought it here."

There you need a thin, long, screwdriver. Here it turns out to crawl under the dough density switch, the switch itself interferes and the screw under it is screwed in conscientiously. Probably first you need to remove the switch itself (I don’t know), and then unscrew the screw. After opening this side piece of iron (as I understand it), the gears that need to be opened simply put in place (and I will be happy). Something like that.
Maybe you don't need to remove the switch? And how then?

I offer instructions for Atlas 150 in Russian.

1. INSTALLATION... Fix the machine on the table with a special clamp and insert the handle into the holes of the rollers (Fig. 1) When using the machine for the first time, clean it with a dry cloth to remove
excess oil.
To clean the rollers, pass a small amount of dough through the rollers and then
throw it away.

2. PREPARATION METHOD Recipe for 6 people Components: 500 gr. soft wheat flour and 5 eggs; you can replace 5 eggs with 1 glass of sparkling mineral water. For a tough dough, mix 250 gr. flour from soft wheat with 250 gr. durum wheat flour. Don't add salt! Pour the flour into a bowl and break the eggs in the center (Fig. 2).

3. Stir the eggs with a fork and knead to a homogeneous dough with flour.
Then knead the resulting dough with your hands (Fig. 3) until a smooth and tough dough is obtained. If the dough is too dry, add water; if too soft, add flour. A well-mixed dough should never stick to your hands.

4. Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a floured table (Fig. 4).

If necessary, continue kneading the dough with your hands, then divide it into small pieces (Fig. 5). Tip: do not use cold eggs that have just been taken out of the refrigerator!

METHOD FOR PASTA PASTA PASTRY PREPARATION USING MACHINE

Set the machine regulator to number 1 by pulling it towards you and rotating it so that the two smooth rollers open completely (- 3 mm) (Fig. 6)
7. Pass a piece of dough through smooth rollers by rotating the handle (Fig. 7). Repeat this operation 5-6 times, folding in half the dough, dusting in the middle with flour if necessary
8. (Fig. When the dough has the correct shape, pass it once through the rollers with the adjuster at number 2
9. (Fig. 9), then one more time with the regulator at number 3, continuing in this way until the desired dough thickness is obtained (minimum thickness 0.2 mm at number 9). Using a knife, cut the dough across into pieces about 25 cm long.
10. 11. Insert the handle into the opening of the cutting rollers and rotate to pass the dough through to obtain the desired pasta appearance (Fig. 10 and 11). Note 1 - if the rollers do not "cut", it means that the dough is too soft: in this case, we recommend passing the dough through smooth rollers, adding flour to it. Note 2 - If the dough is too dry and "not caught" by the cutting rollers, add a little water to the dough and run it through the smooth rollers again. Spread the dough out on a tablecloth and let it dry for at least 1 hour. We remind you that pasta can be stored for a long time (1-2 weeks) in a cool and dry place. Bring a large amount of water to a boil, salt it (-4 liters of water per 0.5 kg of pasta), pour pasta into boiling water. Fresh pasta reaches readiness in a few minutes, on average from 2 to 5, depending on their thickness. Stir the pasta gently during cooking and empty it into a colander at the end of cooking.

12. To remove the cutting element of the device, lift it with your hands, passing it along the special guides. To install the elements on the device (Fig. 12) repeat this operation in reverse order

MAINTENANCE OF THE APPARATUS

1. During use, occasionally clean the scrapers under the smooth rollers with a paper towel (Fig. 13)

2. Never wash the unit or engine with water or in dishwashers! (Fig. 14)

3. Use a paintbrush or wooden stick to clean the machine after use (Fig.15).

4. If necessary, apply a few drops of Vaseline oil to the ends of the cutting rolls (Fig. 16).

5. Do not pass knives or rags through the rollers!

6. After use, place the device and its accessories in their box.

I’ll have to really call again, because we have to decide.

The regulator from 9 to 0, most likely jumps due to the fact that the nut is loose. Press down on the edge of the adjuster and pry with a needle.
After that, the regulator cover will be removed, you will have access to the regulation mechanism.

That is, to 0 and no need to scroll the dough, but immediately to 1. At 0 I knocks, but at 1 not. So everything is fine?

As far as I understand, you have a complete understanding of all the malfunctions in typewriters? So please tell me what to do in this case.

Volume
Yes, I read this manual. All the girls also started skating from 0, not from 1 (as it is written in the instructions), otherwise why is it needed (put down in the regulator).
What photo? I can't make it out. First you need to understand the theory. It knocks on 0 (smoky-smoky), even idle and badly, it scrolls tightly. On 1 it turns and does not knock, on the others it is also normal. At 9, it sometimes corrugates and corrugates one side (i.e., skew?). And sometimes jumps to 0.

Personally, I also start rolling to 0 The sound in all positions is pleasant soothing ...

Good day to all. I was tormented with the choice, I decided to take the Marcato Atlas, with a motor, I'm waiting for a good price, thanks to this topic, I also tried to sniff the Chinese ripple, swore that Italy .........

I really want a nozzle for ravioli, everything looks great on all videos, does anyone use this nozzle? It seems to me that it should stick together badly, in the same place the filling on the dough goes everywhere.

Thank you.
Omela
OLGALUN, congratulations, let it serve for a long time and please!

Answer # 7 about raviolitsa is here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=389332.0
OlgaLun
Thanks, does it mean everything is sticking together?
Great.

While I was tormented with a choice, prices jumped, I will wait for some kind of action, but I do not regret it, now I know exactly what I want.
I even know that there are fakes and how to distinguish them, honest sellers write that Riplica is China, dishonest, that Italy.

I also almost bought it on Avito, I found information well here what is the difference.

You overestimate me very much. Unfortunately, my Ampia180, which is about a month or two, also gets dirty. I haven't figured out how to solve this problem yet. While I bought vaseline oil at the pharmacy, as the Italians advise in the instructions. I'll try to miss it later.
If you can solve the problem, I will unsubscribe on the forum.

Girls, please tell me. I have imperia ipasta 150, I bought a new one on Avito. Now I look at the pictures, there is such a holder for the test:

Should it be included? And what can replace it? I didn't have this (((
Vinokurova
Anna, I don't have an empire ... by eye, like my atlas one to one ... we don't have such a stand ... I hold the dough with my hand and that's it ..
Today I rolled the pasties ... now I'm frying them ... I called them small cheburashki ... he says the pasties should be larger in size ...

if you buy one typewriter imperia ipasta 150, (without any additional attachments), then it must be included in the kit, but in fact it is not really needed. I have nothing to do
I have 2 noodle cutters, one is the same as yours, and the second is almost the same only with a set of Imperia La Fabbrica della Pasta, and in the first one there is such a thing in the kit, and in the second one does not, and on the sites where they are sold in the descriptions they write, goes she or not

I bought on Avito, so I did not even compare the equipment.

I report - I made chebureks yesterday ... I sculpted them with a hundred-year-old mold (in the course of the Sovetskaya ischo) ... the little one said they look more like Cheburashkas, because there is less cheburek .. but answered that they were delicious .. the recipe for the dough was taken by Baba Mani in MariV processing .. rolled 6 .. into the minced meat with my own hand I added Maggi seasoning for cutlets ... really tasty, even if you call it Fried dumpling ...

Vinokurova, Alyon, a very tempting slide of chebureks (or cheburashkas)!
Did the process itself seem easier than rolling with a rolling pin?
I'm also waiting for my dough rolling machine ... and I'm thinking about where to start getting to know it.

Vinokurova
Vikus, I hesitated to roll with a rolling pin, that's why I did it only for great services and only worthy crew members ... and then even all the helpers turned out to be !. active participants in the process!
really easy to ride ... and most importantly, mesmerizing!
I was baldela for the very first time when I cleaned all the nozzles with the dough ... as you clean everything, you will immediately feel where you want to start !.

Likewise! Something right palms after the rolling pin begin to hurt. And "all the crew members" very much respect the cheburek-dumplings-mantoe business.

I bought a pasta set .. this is Atlas with attachments ...
today I took apart the boxes from under my devices, scanned something ... maybe someone will be interested in:

Vinokurova
and I also bought such a thing ... Olya Rada has one ... (or she wanted to buy) ... makes several types of pasta ...
Dough sheeters-noodle cutters (model selection, features, reviews)
I bought a paddle for kneading and kneaded the dough for chebureks and noodles in it ... I also kneaded the dough for buns in it ... it works only with a manual drive (I mean, only with the help of a manual pull) at two speeds .. the dough turns out to be of decent quality ... it is not necessary to wash ... the dough does not remain on the walls ... if it remains, it dries, it is easily swept away with a brush !.

in short, I'm as happy as a hundred Chinese .. or maybe even a thousand!
Yulia Antipova
Vinokurova, AlenKa, can you have a photo of the macaros you have obtained? And then I stared for a long time, but refused, because I saw on the video how hard and for a long time these pasta are cut off, then glued together ... Maybe the video was just clumsy? The result is crooked pasta, with ragged edges, unaesthetic in general. It would even be better if they posted it as an MK as a separate topic for Regina, and even with nuances ... Oh, even I was dreaming ...
