Banana treat

Ingredients

Milk 100 ml
Cream 20% 500 ml
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar (optional) 1 pack.
Gelatin 6 g
Salt 3 g
Bananas 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin with milk, let stand, bring to 80aboutC. Stir until the gelatin dissolves.
  • Add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, cream and heat (no more than 80aboutC) stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Cool and refrigerate for several hours until jelly forms.
  • 3 ripe turn bananas into mashed potatoes in any way (blender, mixer, fork, potato grinder ...), combine with jelly and send to an ice maker, and then to the freezer.

Note

3 medium bananas for this amount of other ingredients gives a pronounced banana flavor.
If you are not a fan of bananas, then it is quite enough to take 2 medium-sized bananas.
The main thing is that they are well matured, that is, the skin should be a rich yellow color with brown spots.
If the bananas themselves also turn out to be slightly brownish, this will not spoil the taste of the ice cream at all, on the contrary!
If you are unsure of your cream, you can use a higher fat content. I use Lakomo cream and they have not disappointed me yet.
You can serve banana ice cream with any syrup, for example, with strawberry (in the pictures), with chocolate chips, with nuts - whatever you want and just that!
My dear Kesha 080 provided me with invaluable help in making this ice cream.
I did not soak anything separately, but simply put all the ingredients in the bowl at once, except for bananas, set the temperature to 78aboutC, turned on the mixer at 1 speed and went about her business for 20 minutes.
Then everything is according to the description: smashed the bananas with a stirrer, added jelly, ...
If you don't have such a Kesha, it's okay, you already know how to do without it.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, that's okay too.
After combining jelly with bananas, simply beat this mixture well with a mixer and send to the freezer.
And in order to prevent ice formation, stir your ice cream every 15-20 minutes for the first couple of hours.
