I have a Mirta BM2088 bread maker. But as I already understood, the principle of operation for all bread makers is similar. They differ only in some names of programs, the number of kneaders (I have 4 in the set), the size of the baking dish and additional baking dishes (I have a mold for baguettes in the set).

As soon as I bought a bakery, I began to study the principle of its operation. I have never used it before. Having thoroughly studied the instructions, I began to make bread.
For the first time, when baking bread, I used the recipe book that was included. I strictly followed the recipe and everything worked out perfectly. For the second time, I already wanted to experiment. After monitoring the recipes on the website for a long time, I decided to bake the simplest recipe for "White Bread" for the first time.
Since I adapted the recipe and the quality of the flour, apparently, differed from the one used in the recipe, everything went wrong for me :) I did not know which bun should be in consistency.
I already know. Like this Stages of baking bread in the Mirta BM2088 bread maker
Watching the dough kneading process through the viewing window, I realized that the dough is too thin. I had to improvise and report flour during the "kneading dough" stage. The result is great bread. The only negative was badly crumbled.

What and how does a bread maker do ?! How many mixes are in the baking program ?! Is it possible to add additional components to an already running program ?!
I will tell you about the stages of baking bread using the example of the Mirta BM 2088 bread machine.
- After you put all the ingredients. We chose the desired mode, the color of the crust and pressed the start button - nothing happens. Do not worry! This is normal. First stage "Standing".
- After a while you will hear a strange sound :) That's right, the bread maker has entered the stage "Kneading the dough"... Slowly at first, then accelerating. At this moment, you can safely open the lid and watch the process. For example, if you see that the dough is too runny, add flour. And vice versa.
- After the beep, it sounds in the last minutes of kneading the dough, you can add spices and additives.
- The next stage is "Climb" of bread. At this time, in no case should you open the lid of the bread machine!
- And the last stage "Baking"... The bread takes on a crispy crust.
After the end of the program, you need to get the bread. Pull out the kneaders using the supplied hook. And leave the bread to cool for a few hours.

thanks for the information. I think it will be especially useful for beginners.
You buy equipment, and even though everything is written in the instructions, you still need to get used to how it works. No matter how funny it sounds, but you need to "feel" it!
