I already filled my hand, I put the ingredients in the HP on the machine. Who cares, I can tell you how many things in grams. So:
flour - 840 g
water - 500 ml
salt - 1 tsp.with a small slide
sugar - 3 tbsp. l. without slide
dry yeast - 4 tsp complete, but without fanaticism
olein oil - 4 tbsp. l.
I constantly bookmark in these proportions, there have never been any incidents. It turns out 28 pies.
Especially the small one likes to spit them hot, they are so crispy! mmmm ..

Well, I'm reporting. Made for 1/2 portion:
warm water - 250 ml. (it took me 25 ml more)
flour - 420 gr.
dry yeast - 2 tsp
sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
salt - 0.5 tsp.
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

At the exit - 12 normal-sized patties (not large, not small).
The dough is very pleasant to work with. There were no problems either during separation or cutting.
Made with sorrel and jam. The filling did not flow. Nothing sizzled or splattered during frying, despite the sweet filling. Fried without a lid at low power. Boca blushed. The pies were baked, they turned out sooo soft and delicious! Great respect to the author!





The next day a little harsh, but this is before warming up. After heating in the microwave, they are soft :-))) We will repeat! I enjoyed the process! A huge plus - they almost did not absorb the oil, how much it poured, so much remained, it did not even darken ...
