I can suggest a cupcake - tender with a crust. It smells like condensed milk. The recipe was copied from the gastronome forum at Luntik. Only this cupcake loves to stick to the mold - I liked doing it most of all in a "brick" with baking paper, because it was slightly fried to the silicone (small cupcakes).

Cupcake with condensed milk

1 can of condensed milk,
7 tbsp. l. flour,
1 egg,
1-3 st. l. sour cream,
1 tbsp. l. starch,
1/2 tsp soda (quenched with lemon juice), vanillin, salt.
To taste and desire - raisins, nuts, zest, candied fruits.

Mix the egg with condensed milk and sour cream with a mixer. Sift flour and starch, add quenched soda. Stir well and pour into a muffin tin lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.

Lina, thanks for the recipe! I opened a jar of condensed milk, and it was defective, with large sugar crystals. I started looking for where to dispose of it, and found your recipe. The cupcakes turned out very tasty!
