B. Main dough
They are added to the risen dough in a bucket.
280 g flour, 40 g sunflower oil, 110 g condensed milk, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 1.5 tsp. salt, 10 g (1 sachet) vanilla sugar, 1 egg (C0).
By adding milk (water) 10-30 ml total weight of the bookmark brought to 900 grams.
Kneading in HP for 10 minutes, "pelmeni." Stop for 2-5 minutes. Continue kneading for 10 minutes in the "Pizza" mode.

From the resulting dough with a total weight of 900 g, a piece of 180 g is cut off, which is then divided into 2 parts, 90 g each. The pieces are set aside. The remaining part of 720 g is divided in half (360 g each), each of them is divided by 2 (180 g each) and each then by another 2 (90 g each).
In total, the output (taking into account the first two) received 10 pieces.

Prepared filling is taken.

Now I have these dried apples, dissolved in a steamer, mixed with sugar and syrup left over from the fall from the preparation of dried watermelon peels with sugar. Other options for fillings were also used - dried apricots (now the price is not for me), fresh apples from compote, dried zucchini ...

Next, one of the prepared 10 pieces of dough is taken and, already without weights, by eye, it is divided into three parts. Each piece is rolled out to about 12: 6 cm.

The filling is placed on the edge of the rolling and rolled into the dough with a tube. The ends are pinched.

Prepared pies are laid out in five batches of 6 each. Do not forget to remember those with whom the work began - they will be the first to go to baking.

Then we give the whole company a distance of 20-30 minutes and run six pieces in a preheated and lightly oiled sausage.
Baking time for one batch - 13 minutes (I started a timer on my mobile and went to my computer). Then the process is repeated 5 times.

In addition to this sweet version, "male" version of the bearers. The dough is rich, but not sweet, with the addition of rye flour, mushroom or fish filling. It's a pity, the remains of the mushrooms in the freezer ran out quickly.
