"Two Koreans met at the Bread Maker"!
Three, to be more precise ... hello fellow countrymen! Lena, and you don't put a little Bulgarian pepper when you fry the meat, it turns out very aromatic. In general, you wrote so well, I would say appetizing! Respect!

Oh, how difficult everything is ... I'm not the one to pass
Irish, nothing complicated! I cooked this morning, only without meat. Everything is so delicious! In the summer, it will be a super super delicious treat!
Lenuska, I adore you! You opened to me a world unknown to the village!

I Lenka better come to you for the sake of such a dish.
Lets do it! You will not even have time to get there, I will torture a new doll. And why does everyone think it's difficult? Well, tell me, in a couple of minutes dissolve the components of the muri in water. Then stew the meat with cabbage and make a cucumber salad. Well, where are the difficulties? I just described in more detail. And in fact there is nothing to do there. I'm saying that it only takes some time to cut the meat, everything else is done quickly.

I confirm 1000% Fast, not difficult, and most importantly very tasty!
This is me, as a person who first heard about kuksi and cooked for the first time, I declare!

Oh, Lenus! How I was waiting for your feedback! All worn out. Well I had to recalculate the amount of ingredients from the ladles in grams and milliliters. I thought maybe that I got it wrong and the person didn't like it, so she is silent. But everything turns out to be a bunch! Thank you dear for unsubscribing. I'm sooo glad you liked it!
Helen, tell me, did you add anything, did you subtract anything in the muri? Just as you did?
kubanochka
Len, I didn't change anything, everything is as you painted. I took salt and vinegar not according to the minimum value, as for beginners, but according to an adult. Now I will definitely do it with meat
Elena Tim
Thank God! Then you don't have to recount again. Thank you, Lenus! You are a true friend!

Yes, girls, this is so delicious! I love Korean food! The most delicious dish after the fern salad. We do not sell rice noodles such as Koreans make, but dry from the supermarket is suitable for funcheza?
Elena Tim
Well, for funchose just starch noodles are needed, and ordinary wheat noodles are used for kuksi, but only very, very thin.

Hi girls!!!
I want to make my own five kopecks))) our Koreans (from Kazakhstan) do not add vegetables or herbs to the muri. Just vinegar, salt, sugar, soy sauce. The meat is stewed separately from the cabbage (and I love so much instead of simple cabbage chimchi - fermented Korean spicy cabbage - ready to put, chop it into strips and that's it). I carve the meat like this: a little vegetable oil, a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce and coriander, a teaspoon, mix everything with the meat and let it stew. At the same time, the meat is very aromatic and soft quickly turns out. I do not fry the released juice, as the meat is ready, I turn it off. We don't put tomatoes, but I dress the cucumbers like a salad: chop them, add salt-sugar-vinegar, mix them, put onions in butter, add to cucumbers, at the end - garlic, coriander, greens, black and red peppers, a little soy sauce. We put an omelette without fail.
If you make kuksi hot, then you need to cool the beef broth, remove all the fat, well, strain it, of course, and then add salt, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce as well. This broth, heated, can be poured over kuksi, it is also very tasty.
Elena Tim
Elizabeth, all right, how many people have so many tastes and recipes. You can swell there whatever your heart desires - even chimchi, even carrots. The main thing is that it was delicious!
kil
Well, they have strained my soul, so I’ll come from Vietnam and I’ll make this Kuksu of yours. (I’ve never heard such a word before)
Elena Tim
Come on, come on, Irk! Don't be lazy! How to cook with soap, call, if that!
Well, or just come to me for kuksi!

Lenusik, today I cooked kuksi according to your recipe. 🔗 sho have to say? Nuuuuu .... 🔗 smooth kuksya turned out to be valid
I really liked how you cook meat with cabbage. And a trick with cucumbers
Elena Tim

Len, something I missed your recipe. My husband is from Kazakhstan and loves Korean cuisine. He makes carrots in Korean. And he loves noodles in any form and cooks for himself (as I say - he growls). He puts all the different things, pours water and vinegar. And this turns out to be called kuksi. I will cook him according to your recipe. Here he will be surprised

Nikitosik
Oh, girls ... !!! I read you and remember my youth. When my husband and I had a candy: girl_romashka: period! He never ate Korean food (although he was born in Uzbekistan). Somehow, after a good party, I decided to cook cook si, well, like an anti hangover ... They nafigachi themselves pepper, but he is fine so that he would not be discouraged (he does not eat spicy). We sit and eat everything and sweat breaks through us ...., and he says // Well, what kind of cook si ... cold borsch with noodles, and they eat it in bowls !!! Now he eats with great pleasure (he was young ..., did not understand the taste).
Chuchundrus
can’t like Lenchik’s very correct recipe. There is nothing to dig into

Exactly! Now, if not for us ... our men finally can only buy dumplings and crack it!
Damn, all day long this topic pops up and pops up!
I already want kuksi to the last impossibility!

Aaaaaa, thanks Lenochka !!! I mainly use vinegar, so I asked! :-)

Tricia
Teks, why hasn't this wonderful recipe been remembered for a year ?!
I will revive Temka!
Here, yesterday my husband and I made four hands.
True, this is hot / hot (I don’t know how to do it correctly) kuksi according to a fancy homemade recipe (fried oyster mushrooms with garlic, a salad of yellow pepper, zucchini and chimchi, a chicken marinated in a spicy pepper filling, a broth juice from a stewed chicken went into pseudomuri) ). But the principle is the same!
Lenochka, thanks for the delicious recipe! I love Kuksi
Kuksi (Kuksu)
Elena Tim
Oh hospadya!
That's it, I don't want to lose my kuksi, I want yours!
Nastya, well, how beautiful, to be stunned!
Tricia
Thank you!
Without undue modesty, I can say that it really turned out very tasty!
My husband said there were no more Chinese wok noodle boxes, just homemade kuksi. To be honest, this is the main achievement for me. I keep trying to discourage him from fast food, now another step has been taken in this direction.
One of these days I'll make it cold, like in the recipe!
And I myself prefer the hot version of the kuksi, more vigorous and hotter, so that I can walk like a fire-breathing dragon.
Tricia
We continue to overeat kuksi. It's not hot here, so it's still a hot option.
Kuksi (Kuksu)

This is almost entirely an economy option: the meat is beef from broth, stewed in broth with a sauce for calbi (grilled pork ribs) and a spoonful of my hot pepper jam.
Salad - from zucchini (because I can't have cabbage yet) with sesame-nut frying, soy sauce, with garlic, cr. pepper, cilantro and green onions.
Wheat noodles, thin.
Delicious and fast!
PS Eh, I forgot the shiitake mushrooms, e mine! They are lying around dry, I still can't attach it ...
Nikitosik
Tricia, Well, this is something, I choked ... I do not have time to swallow drool! How delicious it is !!! Today cilantro with green garlic and a flatbread cracked ... and this is ... well, class !!!!!!
Elena Tim
Naska, infection! Teased to the last opportunity!
My husband, as he saw your creations, immediately demanded a kuksyushnik.
I'll cook tomorrow. I gorge myself ...
Tricia
Nikitosik, Thank you! and it really turns out delicious! and if you turn on the flight of fantasy

Quote: Elena Tim

Lena! It was a little revenge for tasty wings in sauce, and dumplings with potatoes, and chimchu, and pilaf and many, many other divinely delicious things that could not be postponed until morning and needed to be cooked right away at night (also with my husband dancing under sideways: well, is it ready? And now is it possible? Well now, is it ready? (And so every 5 minutes !!!))!
Mine, not only does it require kuksu after looking at your recipe, but then it takes pictures of the cooked and sends me reports to upload! Let the people be, he says, as pleasant as we were awesomely delicious!
Today I have already drunk 2 portions - for lunch and for dinner ... I won't be surprised if Kuksi will have breakfast tomorrow too! Can you imagine how many servings I made today ?! I tried to convince my own that it is better to do something fresh every time - nifiga, I just rested my horn - do a lot at once!

By the way! Such a successful zucchini salad! Just awesome yummy! There were no cucumbers at hand, there were dairy zucchini, and I attached them.
Lightly sautéed a pinch of sesame seeds and a spoonful of peanut sauce for rast. oil, added a couple of chopped cloves of garlic, onions in half rings.I sent chopped garlic, chopped cilantro, green to the salad bowl. onions, sesame-nut frying, added hot pepper, 2 tbsp. l. Kikoman soy sauce, a little tabaska, a little vinegar 6%, there are also zucchini chopped into strips. Stirred, covered with ground peanuts on top, left to let the juice and saturate with spices. In 20 minutes ... a bomb !!! Elastic, crunchy zucchini, with sourness, soy straw, sweet inside. The nut-sesame aroma with the pungency of pepper spreads in the mouth with a pleasant heat, and the freshness of cilantro simply envelops the brain ...
The photo is unsightly, but how delicious it turned out!
Kuksi (Kuksu)
I suspect that the whole world has been chewing such tasty treats for decades, and I have just "hatched" out of the shell of ignorance and am just beginning to get acquainted with such deliciousness. But not sharing is impossible!

Move, I'll hatch next to you.
Nastya, what a super-duper salad! I will definitely try! Thanks for sharing!
Tell me, what kind of animal is this nut sauce?
Tricia
It can be different: Japanese, Thai, Chinese. And from this different consistency, different nuts, different taste. You can type in the internet "nut sauce", "homodari" - it will give out Japanese options. The taste is nutty, sweetish. The Japanese usually have a flowing texture. From the Chinese I took it in jars like a paste, not as homogeneous as the peanut one from the Americans. The composition seemed to include peanuts and sesame seeds, sort of.
It is enough to add tsp to the oriental meat or to the salad. such a pasta sauce and the taste immediately becomes much more interesting!
By the way, you can try this pasta-sauce yourself!

As an option, the Japanese also have an interesting sauce based on sesame oil + something like teriyaki in one bottle (I forgot the name!, Remember - I'll tell you!). Delicious too.
Elena Tim
I ordered Thai.

Thank you, Nastyush!
Tricia
It's my pleasure!
Glad to have arrived in our nut and sauce shelf.

Damn, my mushsh reminds me from behind the closet that I promised to add shiitake to him in kuksi! He said he would check tomorrow! Here's a hilarity, I can't just ...
Wait for the next report.
