Yurets, have a nice one you too! Oven itself, baking sheet, crumb tray, wire rack, spit, handle-holder, paper, foam, box... Illumination, convection and sealing are also included. Expect reviews from the owners of this particular model.
Good luck!

In the oven 41, there is no baking sheet as such, but there is a tray for collecting fat, as it was called in the instructions. I don't like the instruction. True, I bought for a long time, maybe something has changed. I want to ask the owners - cakes from early ripening puff pastry at what level to bake, at what temperature, is convection necessary?

Is it ribbed so light? It serves me as a baking sheet.

ECO .... most likely they saved on the stainless steel case ... that is, a simple metal, you can check it with a magnet, if the stainless steel then the magnet will not "stick" to the case .... try

Price of the 41st ECO on Ozone with delivery of 14000 thousand: nea: I will think

14t is a nightmare. I'm over 6t. I took it on Ozone less than a year ago. And in the summer I bought a stove 2 times cheaper and with all the same functions as a gift, like Rolsen - and it turned out to be super. At my stove - convection is mowing, and it seems to me the temperature does not match.

The spit has thickened hexagonal ends. The spit is inserted into the stove on the right with the elongated end into the hole, on the left you hook it so that the shortened end of the spit is behind the eyelet so that it (the spit) rotates freely. Slingshot so that you can pull the spit out of the stove without touching it with your hands.

p. from. I have 23, but I think 41 should have the same.

Elena, thanks a lot for your help :)

So I visited KV 41. A month before that I took a Dex 520, in general, the stove is pretty decent, but some moments are still not quite satisfying, I wanted more modes, and the quality is closer to European. So I ordered 41, with the expectation of the subsequent sale of the previous furnace. But it was not there! What did I like about Stebe? Sealing rubber, baking tray / wire rack handle, spit handle and door handle. And that's all. Self-tapping screws are all screwed in crookedly, the front panel moves away from the body from the middle to the right side, the folds at the bottom of the body are not evenly bent - that's why the two legs are "motherfucking" The camera has noticeable dents, due to the small thickness of the metal the camera body is rather flimsy. The "non-stick" coating in one place has mechanical damage to the metal (I was hoping that there would be heat-resistant enamel, but it turned out to be ordinary heat-resistant paint from a spray can), by the way, the baking sheet is also scratched. The door opens with a grinding sound, and at the end of the downward movement there is also a loud click. It is fixed only in one intermediate position (in Dex - in five!) The grating is the same flimsy, although here it also has poorly processed ends of the rods. The handle for the skewer is made for holding with one hand - it is much more convenient than the two-handed grip on Dex, although the latter also has plastic pads for the grip points. The grate handle is practically eternal, Dex has steel only the gripping part, and the handles are plastic. The control panel box is made of plastic, I have doubts about it due to the proximity to the camera. The front side of the box is abundantly covered with black varnish, which could not hide the casting defects. The upper heater on the left side goes down by 1.5 cm - I read about this on the foreign site. As a result, the size of the trochanter candidate is reduced by 3 cm. I'm tired of writing something ... I've been a craftsman since early childhood - that is why such scrupulousness in assessing the technical implementation of products. My assessment of this oven: idea 4+, execution 4-. As for the "engineering thought", I have already spoken out before: why was it necessary to remove the lower heating, replacing it with something incomprehensible (I did not include KV 41))). For defrosting, you can simply turn on the convection mode by removing the temperature regulator to 0 (by the way, Dex also had defrosting, I plan to convert it to the upper heater with convection and without a spit). It seems that Shteba is assembled, if not in the garage, then in the workshop, but not at the factory. Yes, I saw earlier on YouTube a video of their unfortunate production - a natural workshop. And then I looked about Asel - this is Production! The result of my purchase - the seller took the oven without persuasion.

Valll, good luck!
bas-67, Bohdan, thanks for the detailed analysis of the ovens. Could you, in the second part of the review, clarify which oven you are writing about?

I am ashamed to admit I bake pizza in the 41st oven for the first time ... I put it on the middle level, top + bottom with convection, 200 degrees, 20 min. Wrong?

Prompt in the Steba KB 23 Mini-Oven on a spit a chicken of about 1.5 kg fits or is it better to buy the Steba KB 28 Mini-Oven?

aunt Galya, Galina, at 28 she will fit, but at 23 we will wait for an answer)

I decided to bake potatoes for the first time in a glass form, chopped them with a grater of fries, mixed them in a sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and dill, put two chicken thighs smeared with sour cream on top. I put it at 160 degrees. top + giz without convection, after 35 minutes the chicken turned over, the potatoes interfered, after another 35 minutes I try the potatoes - not ready. What I did wrong? Is the stove to blame or am I?
Masinen
Sasha, potatoes are like this ((
Is the chicken ready?
Yes, and 160 grams is not enough! It was necessary to put 230.
| Alexandra |
The chicken was removed after 85 minutes, it is as decently prepared on top as possible - inside, well, the very little was not enough. Now I put tomato slices on the potatoes, a little sour cream and cheese, I'll put them again. My sauce was sour cream, mayonnaise, 70ml water, garlic, dill, according to Elena Tim's recipe for the Princess, only there was no tomato on top, maybe the potatoes didn't have enough liquid. And what is the temperature in your Princess is unknown?
Masinen
Quote: | Alexandra |
And what is the temperature in your Princess is unknown?
Well, there is 180 g or something. Well, 160 is not enough at all, at this temperature I make cottage cheese casseroles and muffins)
| Alexandra |
Then I'll make 180 lonely potatoes.
Sedne
In the princess, is not 180, is there for 200 grams, or are you talking about a pizza oven?
Masinen
Svetlana, 200?
Yes about her)
Sedne
Maria, of course, I have it so bad, straight in general, just make sure that everything does not burn out. Here at the travolka 180 probably.
| Alexandra |
Added 20 minutes. 180 gr. - now almost edible because although not completely soft - but very tasty. Live and learn...
Masinen
Sasha, why did you set the temperature so low to 160?
I baked chicken and potatoes at 230 gr.
Or at least 210.
musyanya
I also want to share my opinion about staff 23.
I had a problem - baking in a microwave oven with convection function was baked unevenly - everything was baked, rosy on top, white or very light bottom, or the bottom crust was completely absent, as if someone had cut it off, sometimes even a lace pattern of holes was visible. Our clever girls set my brains right, explained that no tricks would improve the result if I did not fully warm the bottom. And in a microscope it is not technically possible. Therefore, I fired up to buy a mini oven.

I didn't find anything alive in the city, either I didn't like the price, or the oven itself. In addition, there is practically nowhere to put the oven, well, except perhaps on top of the 28 liter microwave. In ozone, I looked at the staff 23. In terms of useful volume, it turned out to be as spacious as my 28-liter microwave. The volume of the mikra was eaten by the design features, and therefore, when calculating the real usable volume, it was equated to the stem 23. But there was one problem. The staff at an affordable price for me had a shortage. There was not enough baking sheet and skewers and other things .. I first decided to look for at least some replacement in stores, and at the same time asked Valery, the representative of Shteba on our forum, the internal dimensions of the oven I needed, and so on. Valery's brain seems to be working without interruptions (he realizes instantly!), And apparently he won't leave a friend in trouble and any other person .. Valery consulted me on all issues, most importantly - he helped to get a spare baking sheet and so on just for my oven from company store. In short, the service is top notch, some should be jealous of how people can work with clients ..
I received my oven, and all the personal belongings for it, and all summer I was drying fireweed tea in it, baking wheat and rye bread, cookies, and sometimes casseroles. I was very worried that the oven would have to be put in the bathroom on the washing machine (naturally, put something under the bottom), my husband agreed to this adventure. But the size of the oven perfectly matched the microwave, and settled at her top. She's light!
In the fall, I bought myself a few thermometers for Ali. And of course, as a harmful, boring consumer, I made different measurements. It gives me the set temperature !!
I bake in Teflon, tin and silicone molds, sometimes on a baking sheet, sometimes on crumb trays (I have two!). She laid silicone mats on the pallets, very convenient !! My oven heats up to the set temperature for about 10 minutes, after work it cools down pretty quickly, which is good. In the summer it is more convenient to use it than a large oven, which, moreover, I have not had for 10 years ..
A light bulb in the oven is very convenient, not everyone has it .. So, it shines not with white light, but yellowish, which makes the color of the dishes even more appetizing ..
I didn't fry it on a spit yet, somehow I didn't want to.
Of the shortcomings, I can only mention the baking sheet. Although it is Teflon, it can stick to me. Not always, but every other time. I made a casserole, oiled it, and it still stuck as a result. On the other hand, now there are a lot of teflon dishes, you can bake in them.
I was worried if this volume would be enough for me, I wanted to have a bigger oven at once by 42 liters. But over time I realized that this was enough for me, there was not a single time that I did not have enough volume. In general, I use it often, I am glad that I bought it not expensive, I remember Valery every time with a kind word that I helped to make my dream come true.

musyanya, Ludmilaand I congratulate you. I read your post in one breath. Here's how I'm going to buy a stove I will know where to go.

I want to warn everyone.
I have a mini-oven from Headquarters 41. It was presented to me for my birthday a year and a half ago.
During this time, I cooked hot sandwiches once to check that the oven is working. Then I decided to put a jellied pie and the pie did not work for me, for the first time in my life, it did not rise, did not bake.
I was surprised, but it did not occur to me that it was because of the stove (it also works and the company seems to be reliable, German, Headquarters) simply did not cook in it, since there was a different technique.
Recently, in the topic of the mini-oven of Headquarters 28, I read that thermometers for ovens are being sold, I ordered such a thermometer, they brought it. I put it in the oven and turned on the 230 gr., And then it became clear why the pie did not work out.My stove, when the temperature is set to 230 g, gives out 160 g, no convection helps to raise the temperature more.
Of course, I called the Headquarters office, but since the stove is already a year and a half, I was politely sent to the garden.
I really want to warn everyone. Anyone who buys mini-ovens that do not have their own thermometer, be sure to buy a thermometer with them and check if the ovens give out the set temperature. And do not think that if you buy a thing from a promoted company like Shteba, then the thing cannot be junk.
Masinen
rastiWhy didn't you give it back?
rasti
I wrote that the stove was bought a year and a half ago. I checked it with a thermometer only the other day, and then only because I bought a thermometer, before that it never even occurred to me that the stove might not withstand the set temperature, moreover, by that much.
Before this stove, I had a simple Chinese woman, not a branded one. There was also no built-in thermometer, but I cooked everything in it, there were no problems, well, the only thing was that the stove was small.
I changed it to a big one, Shtaba. ((((((
Masinen
rasti, I sympathize((
therefore, everything must be checked at once and if anything, while there is a guarantee, then return it.

Anything can happen, everything burns in cheap Chinese stoves, we have reviews on our forum.
And then the shops don't want to take back their cheap g ...
but from Shteb everything is okay, they take it without any problems.
rasti
So I wrote my post as a warning.
What if someone buys mini-ovens without built-in thermometers, then it is imperative to buy a thermometer for these ovens, moreover, immediately, otherwise, like me, they will be sent, by such a well-known company as Shteba, to the garden. And not any claims that it was impossible to check before that, that the stove does not give out the set temperature, since the stove does not have a built-in thermometer, are not accepted.
Masinen

Why didn't you check right away while there was a guarantee?

You are given whole yearto check the purchased item.
Thanks for the warning! Science will be different)

But otherwise you are wrong, unfortunately. You yourself have been spoiling for a whole year and the stove was with you. So, here you can only blame yourself)

I always drive the technique for the first month after the purchase, and if anything, I immediately make a refund. That's it.
The law is the same for everyone, regardless of the company and manufacturer)

I understand that it is a shame and I hope that subsequent purchases will bring you only positive emotions
rasti
Yes, it never occurred to me that a stove of such a well-known company as Shteba could be such junk that the stove may simply not give out the set temperature, moreover, by so much (160 grams, instead of 230 grams).
And somehow I didn't know that thermometers are sold separately, well, I didn't need that, it never crossed my mind about the temperature, especially after the impeccable work of the nameless Chinese woman.
Masinen
rasti, Sell her in Brakholka, maybe someone will make friends with her))
And you will get rid of it. All I can advise you
Sedne
rasti, any technique, any firm can be defective.
rasti
I can not. I have already received a personal offer to sell it.
This stove is a gift from parents. If you sell this one, then you need to buy exactly the same one so that when my parents come to visit me, they see their gift, and the stove has doubled in price during this time, I will not pull a new price.

In fact, it is possible that I, like Maria, drive the new technique very strongly, and if it’s not baked once, then I made another cupcake, it’s not baked again, then again, then the technique is most likely to blame. It means to change.

I cant.
You see, my parents were very worried when I threw out the gas stove, and really wanted to give me an oven. I then set the conditions that if they want it so, then it would be better to have a large mini-oven, and a proven company. You could buy simple Chinese women, big ones, and they cost half the price of Shteba. I insisted on Shteba, they say the company is well-known, there will be no problems.

And I checked, with a friend, in her oven with a built-in thermometer. The thermometers showed the same temperature, both built-in and mine.

My stove, when the temperature is set to 230 g, gives out 160 g, not some convection helps to raise the temperature more.
When convection is working, the temperature is always lower.
Check the stove is empty and no convection. Then it will show the temperature to which it can warm up.
In mine, I always set the temperature higher than the prescription needs. Or I am guided by their table, what, where and at what temperature is baked.

Thanks for the advice. It would be very divided if I had not tried to bake in this stove ..... well, this stove cannot bake, it does not have the declared temperature.
I just checked the stove with two tents turned on, top + bottom, and only then, when the stove got 160 g (in half an hour), I decided to turn on the convection in the catch-up, hoping that the temperature would be higher.

I don’t take bulky items for repairs (once it was enough for me to take the washing vacuum cleaner on myself, it was discouraged), but I’m without a horse, well, without a machine.
And I have a stove on the quiet, they are big in our house. In summer, cats sunbathe on the stove, so I have it attached to the case.

I repeat, I wrote my post to warn future buyers that when you are going to buy a stove without a built-in thermometer, you must immediately be puzzled when buying a thermometer, at least for temporary use, to check the correct operation of the stove. And one should not expect that the company is well-known, more than one company does not check whether the stoves are giving out the declared temperatures.

Now I have a thermometer without work, I can give it to Muscovites for temporary use, free of charge, that is, for nothing. They just came and took it, then they brought it from where they took it.
