Tatyana, Thank you. I kneaded the dough in KhP, then took the third part (by eye) and in Filka for proofing: manual 30 * 50 min. The rest of the dough is in Toshiba for proofing and baking.
Dough:
250 ml warm milk
35 gr. press. Yeast or 3.5 tsp Saf-moment
half the rate of sifted flour
In a warm place for 35-45 minutes
Dough:
4 yolks
200 gr. sand
125 gr. butter
560 g flour (for a dough of them!)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp. l cognac (I have an Admin concentrate)
Vanilla
Raisins
Beat the yolks with sugar, add softened butter, beat more. Add salt, vanilla, cognac and stir. Stir this mixture with the dough, then add the rest of the flour. At the signal of HP, add raisins. Leave on the rise for 1 hour. 30 minutes directly to the HP. Then divide and in a slow cooker still let it come up.
Baked on a Cupcake 110 * 1 h 20 min.
