Oh, I'm waiting for a report about herculean porridge)) this is a separate art - milk porridge in Fillet)) I put whole oats for the night yesterday ... a complete fiasco :(

Why? Milk liquid with grains? In fact, whole oats are almost always the case. At least for me. In order for the oats to give away starch, it must be at least slightly disturbed. I have a mill and I run oats through it, at the largest caliber. It turns out the so-called meal - grain, broken into 2/3/4 parts maximum. That is, the main thing is to break it at least slightly. Such porridge turns out later - fly away! The most real oatmeal is thick, stringy and at the same time with soft, but tangible and chewy pieces of grain.

In Eldorado, now a cartoon costs 2 thousand rubles. How not to buy ???))) I bought it. I needed a small amount for porridge. Only for porridge. I can also boil whole eggs, although I have an excellent Krapsovka egg cooker. We got a terrible porridge with the smell of cabbage rolls, meat, fish, etc. This is the hell, in fact. Therefore, in Phillips, I do not plan to cook anything except cereals or sweet casseroles, which, apart from the smell of vanilla, can no longer convey any smell to porridge. But I don't bake in cartoons at all, so I think that casseroles do not shine))). The first test was horrifying - the milk was boiling like hell (Kash mode). Switched to Manual at 90 degrees. The result is a slightly creamy shade of tired milk. Rice porridge turned out to be just insane deliciousness and beauty. I will try further.

Yes, most of the heating elements multicooker either overheats or does not heat up by 3-5 ° C. As shown by the measurements taken by the girls in the topic about Shteba, she more accurately keeps the stated temperatures. Well, plus induction multicooker precisely maintain the temperature.

Girls, I'm catching up from the middle, so don't blame me)).

I have 2 inductions. She almost always cooked porridge in Cuco. She keeps the temperature perfectly. But!!! Half the time (if not more) milk ... curdles. I don't know why, don't ask. I broke my whole head. I tried modes with and without pressure, I set it from 93 to 98 degrees (it has a step of 1 degree, you can adjust it as you want), different milk, different cereals - a dead number, the result is unpredictable. It will curl up, then no. Moreover, it turned out that my own sister, who has exactly the same Cuckoo, has the same story. Since then I cook milk porridge only in tenovye. In a Panasonic induction, the milk ran away like hell, because it is a rice cooker and all modes start from boiling except for the "brown rice" mode (where it goes to boiling at the end)). Best of all, she cooked milk porridge - the oldest, very first Panasonic.

Right,Nata, we also cook milk porridge on * omelet * -90 *, and oatmeal -80 *, the same * omelet * - but if you cook it right away, there is no delayed start on this mode. On manual * 90 * milk boils 1 time, and then languishes at a temperature of about 93-96 * (girls measured *. Baked milk is the same manual mode 90 *. But * porridge * - this is most likely mode - * buckwheat * mode Panasonic10, the temperature there ranges from 105 to 135 *, while, of course, there can be no question of any delicate boiling .. (about the * porridge * mode - these are just my guesses, no one measured this mode) ... we can whisper where Panasik10 is available at a price of 1999 rubles + delivery of 300 rubles.
Tanya-Fanya
Today I cooked long-boiled oatmeal on "Omelet" 90 gr 45 minutes. Day off, so you could afford another experiment.

I like it. It doesn't boil at all. By the 30th minute, the grains floated up in a dense cap, under them liquid (milk with water). In short, like soup.
And by the 45th minute there was an excellent oatmeal porridge, as I wanted: swollen grains, slightly clicking on the teeth, a stretching liquid.

Tanya, I * boil * on * omelet * 90 * but so tenderly that there are not even hints of escape, but on manual 90, I don't even see milk stirring, only once it boils and that's it ...
Scarecrow
petu,

Nah, I can't stand the seventh cartoon))). This is me about Panasonic. Besides, I had it, I gave it away.

I liked it on the manual one. Because before that I constantly cooked in a slow cooker (this is the only non-ringing cookware !! Because the ceramics and the lid are glass) on the high mode (this is 90-95 degrees). But she has a huge bowl (6 liters).
petu
That's exactly how I already used the slow-moving Filka - I did chicken in oranges all night (someone wrote to me that porridge would happen, but the meat, on the contrary, somehow became denser and became softer ...) ..... Well six pieces of cartoon is good ......., there is where to roam ... (a lot, not a little ...)

No, there is no "liquid", all the liquid has run away or evaporated

I used a dish brush there.

yeah, I thought about it when I put it ... but I took the information about such a regime from the message of one forum member to the recipe for such oatmeal ... well, I decided to trust, since I myself am a cook that is also ... oats from wheat did not distinguish ... The author and the participants in the discussion of the recipe used the "extinguishing" mode, although it seems that they all have different multicooker ... And since it is not clear which Fili's mode corresponds to their "extinguishing", I decided to try it manually ... I'll have to buy oats and continue experimenting :)

I missed in 2t, maybe the action will be launched again? Does this happen? I would buy it for the dacha, and it's not bad as a gift.

And today I also cooked porridge very successfully and also in manual mode, with whole milk, from large FLAKES, not meal

And I similarly ... :-)
I use Filia, so to speak, for "sweet food". It's just the right size :-)
Shteba ... for me with Uryozu (meat pate, peas, beans, cabbage rolls, quickly boil beets or steam it, barley in monastery style))))
But Panasik 10 is my darling ... DAILY I have it under a porridge of whole oatmeal ...this is his direct responsibility! From evening to morning and half a day ... :-) :-) :-) I sometimes eat oatmeal for lunch and ... I can sharpen it on a pillow ...
I have a "strict distribution of responsibilities"

Now I'm cooking meat in Filka, I wanted it in sour cream sauce, well, as always - a little meat, a little onion, a little carrots, just a little sauce, not more than a glass of Filka almost to the eyeballs, boiling on the manual 100 * so smartly, Nerves could not stand it I took off the non-boiled lid and covered the pot with it, she lay down on the pot very correctly and my sauce will not run away anywhere, but my experience may be useful to you

Yeah

Very useful information, especially for me, my dad is a meat eater, Phillips will have to work. I am looking for a program, and the temperature is similar to extinguishing.
On OMLETTE, they don't really like vegetables at 90, but at 100 they are much better and soft meat and vegetables.
Now I'll try it manually.
Extinguishing is 100, or all the same 110, 120,
Or 110, or 120 is already baked goods
Tanya-Fanya
At 120 I'm already baking an apple pie.
I would bring it to a boil for 120 or give the meat a light roast, and then stew the meat for 90, only longer.

Manna,
Displacement markings are more versatile. In no case can it be removed.
We do not have a rice cooker, Russian cuisine is not yellow-Asian, it is not limited to eating rice. Moreover, if the multicooker is bought by mothers for baby food. I saw two scales on some bowls: both the displacement and the rice. Here it is not related to the extruded scale, but just paint application.
I was silent about the scale, because it suited me very much and I quietly rejoiced at Europeanization.
I have 4 multicooker and a pressure cooker, everything is in use, and I understand that the displacement markup is an advantage, not a disadvantage. It is not difficult for me to measure once or twice a week with any suitable container the volume of rice and water. But I constantly use the liter scale, even when making yogurt, because I make it right in the bowl.

It's nice that the developers have chosen the menu for the European consumer, releasing the product on the Russian market.
First of all, I bought because of this, and because of the pleasant design, and then I discovered a lot of other good things.

Wait a buckwheat porridge cooked in Filechka - ANY EXPENSIVE !!! 1: 2.5 (water) - a rim of oil and 20 minutes on Kasha.))) Delicate turned out everything I like. In moderation!
No escape attempts! Beauty - tomorrow he will take his son to work with cutlets!
(And for myself, probably because of a cold, - I really wanted porridge with wheat in milk - in parallel I cook wheat dairy in Panasik, but there are no shoots there ... but I make a belt)

Girls, can anyone have already made soup with meatballs and noodles? I want to do it for my dad, he eats meat, but the book somehow does not cause much confidence,
I rush about in the throes of choosing between the porridge and MANUAL mode 90 degrees.
I cooked a similar one at 01redmond on CHILDREN'S food, but I don’t want more smells of meat and soups in my favorite, so I decided to cook for my dad at the branch.
Maybe someone who cooks soups will be happy for a hint

Oksana, bring to a boil on porridge and switch to 90 ° I cooked in different ways, but still I liked this option better, it boils heavily on porridge and the broth in the soup will turn out unclear.

+1 --- with two hands PER, it is possible and just on the hand, it boils once, but you need to set a lot of time (about an hour is needed only for boiling + cooking ...), even on a * omelette * soup is worse, because there is little, but boiling, respectively, if to the eyeballs, then the lid gets dirty ..., but on hand * languishing *, and it turns out very, very ...

Today I also sheltered a mule, I bought it in Landcom, I only had time to boil some water and boil the eggs, because I washed the glue on the display from the sticker for three hours, the paper with the film peeled off, and the glue stuck tightly. But I am his kerosene, kerosene (Soviet!).

I have two films.

One had all the stickers removed easily and quickly.

The second sticker on the lid was removed without problems, but the one on the display is a quiet horror. The paper was removed and 80% of the glue remained on the plastic. I tried to remove it with the second sticker, but it was too weak for this disgrace. I saved the double-sided tape - it is very sticky and thick, so it is convenient for them to remove. I cut off the strips and glued them to the display, and then removed them together with the "native" glue.

How so? The coverage is also covered by a warranty. It's not scuffed with a spoon. This is a factory defect in the coating. And the bowl is an indispensable component of the multicooker, but the yogurt cups are accessories, like the wire for the multi.

Tanya, did someone give you an answer about this? When did you buy? I would have such a defect, provided that I used it no more than 6 months, I would definitely write to the officials and attach a photo.
