Sorrel pie

Ingredients
Knead the yeast dough:
Wheat flour 350 g
Milk 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Butter 50 g
Instant yeast 1 tsp
Egg 1 pc.
For filling:
Sorrel 500 g
Sugar
(less sugar, more acidity) 5-7 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

Rinse the sorrel, dry it !, chop thinly, add sugar.
Roll out the finished dough into a layer 1 cm thick and width according to your shape (I have about 20 cm). Put the prepared filling in the middle of the layer. Connect and pinch the edges of the layer.
Place the shaped cake on a greased baking sheet or baking dish and let it rest for 15 minutes. Before baking, it is better to grease with an egg, pierce in 2-3 places.
Put the finished pie on a dish, after allowing it to cool slightly.

Cooking time: about 40 minutes
Cooking program: Bake at 200C.

The sorrel is ripe, we have already gorged on soup from it, here's what else can be done.

The dough can be made in HP, but baked in the oven. I think it will not work to bake such a cake completely in HP.

In a bread maker, you can only make a curl of sorrel.

The sorrel pie tastes like apples, and it is advisable to put it in a thick layer, it quickly softens and shrinks in volume. The pie is delicious.

And spinach is still a fresh herb. Although - a matter of taste.

I have not tried it in HP, I do it in the oven. With sorrel - a sweet cake, and with spinach - it is also possible, but without sugar .. But I also put fetaki cheese in such a spinach pie, I mix everything and the filling is ready, sometimes I also add a raw egg there. Pts. delicious anyway.
