Milk Horchad (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Barley grains 25 g
Water 250 g
Walnuts (peeled) 35 g
Milk 350 g
Sugar to taste

Cooking method

  • Place barley and water in a jug, boil for 10 minutes.
  • Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan, remove the skin. Instead, by analogy with almonds, I poured boiling water and then suffered, peeled.
  • Add milk, nuts to a jug, chop at 4 speeds.
  • Turn on the Medium heating for 60 minutes.
  • Cool the finished drink a little, strain through a cloth. Add sugar if necessary. I didn’t add, and it’s so delicious !!!!

Mistletoe, what wonderful drinks! But what should I do, I only have unpeeled barley? ah?
Omela
Ludmila, thanks, I first found out myself.

You can also unrefined, I think so .. I read that it is even more useful. You will still squeeze it through a rag anyway, all the crack will remain. The only thing is that you have to watch in time for the grain to burst. Maybe it will take a little longer to boil.
lu_estrada
Thank you for the explanation. Omelochka, boom to sip some yummy.
Omela
Useful delicious!
lu_estrada
Exactly, exactly, Omelochka, a healthy treat. I make a simple oatmeal drink that takes a lot of time, but here it is so simple and healthy.

Really simple. It only strains to squeeze through a cloth. The girls advised to use a French press. I'll try it today.
lu_estrada
Omela, that's an idea, frankpress! I'll try on Monday, I have Saturday-Sunday Lyalka (husband), and I'm a nanny.
Omela
I am also on the road today, but I brewed the barley ... at night pofrenpress.
Omela
I will report .. with the French press, the trick failed .. too thick mass.

Question
Is the liquid in grams? Or ml ?!
Omela
Zvezda askony, in grams.
Zvezda askony
I'll try to do it with barley. After all, barley is the same barley, only peeled
There is pearl barley, but no barley. Maybe at least the orshadik will please me
Omela
Almost yes. You can, probably, fry it in a pan, theoretically.
Zvezda askony
I'll be quick. It turned out very satisfying. I didn’t filter it - because I needed exactly the food option
Omela
Zvezda askony, glad you liked. Did you whip in your bleder? How long did you cook barley?

Cooking in her cow.
First, washed barley and cashew nuts (were on hand, there was no lady's strength to peel walnuts)
mixed with 250 grams of water and "soy milk"
Then I added 350 g of whole milk and "juice" - 2 minutes grinding mode.
It turned out thick milk - like baby food. Very tasty and nutritious.

and for "soy milk"
How long does this program last? Why am I asking, barley must be cooked for a long time. How did she whip afterwards?

This program is designed to make soy milk from dry soybeans.
Soybeans are boiled, crushed, boiled again.
The soybeans were boiled wonderfully. The only thing was that there was little liquid. Next time, I’ll probably pour milk right away.
The barley was cooked perfectly. A couple of nuts - "escaped" from the knives - but they were very soft. Not a single pearl barley came across. It tasted like oatmeal. But I'm not very tasteful now
Omela
Thank you, I also need to try with pearl barley.
