Quick sand cake (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024 and foamer Profi Cook PC-MS 1032)

Ingredients

Shortbread cookies (126 gr) 2 packs
Cream 23% 250 ml
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Milk 200 ml
Powdered sugar 1 tsp
Form 18x13

Cooking method

  • There is nothing fancy about this cake! Just cook it very quickly! I just made the children happy and I want to offer you !!!
  • 1. First, cook the cocoa in the Profi Cook PC-MS 1032 frother. Pour milk into a bowl, add cocoa and powdered sugar (1 tsp). Turn on hot mixing mode - 3 minutes.
  • 2. While the cocoa is boiling, lightly whisk the cream and icing sugar on a Profi Cook PC-MCM1024 blender.
  • 3. Put cookies dipped in cocoa into layers. First layer: cookies soaked in cocoa, then lay out the cookies in the second layer, pre-cut them (soaked in cocoa), then pour the cream. The second layer is cookies + cream and the third layer is the same. On top of the cream, crush the rest of the cookies.
  • 4. We put the cake in the refrigerator, where it cools down and the cream thickens a little.
  • We take out the cooled cake, decorate as desired (nuts, chocolate ... fruits)
