Thanks for the idea! Cabbage steamed in the microwave as a whole head under the lid. I added raw rice and raw finely chopped onions to the raw minced meat and spread them on the leaves, without mushrooms and carrots. Instead of sauce, I used a mixture of sour cream with Dolmio Bolognese, greased the top with mayonnaise. She tightened the form with foil and put it in the oven at 170 grams. I cooked for 1 hour 15 minutes, then I removed the foil and browned the top under the grill. It turned out great, the rice was cooked, the cabbage is very soft. The cabbage rolls taste one to one, and the cooking time is 20 minutes. Thanks again
