Cooking method

  • Soak the nuts overnight in cold water (I put them in a liter jar). In the morning, drain the water, and pass the nuts through a screw juicer (I have a hurom) mixed with cold purified water: a spoonful of nuts: three tablespoons of water. I also close the drain valve after each portion, so saturation is obtained. You can add sugar. And - enjoy, and taste, and awareness of mega-usefulness))

The drink turns out to be creamy, very homogeneous, but the fat content is not felt, on the contrary, it is very refreshing and light. The child drinks with pleasure. From the cake I make chocolate paste
