Ingredients
Wheat flour 1250 g
Milk 300 ml
Yolks 3 pcs.
Sugar 150 g
Butter 70 g
Rast. oil 70 ml
Fresh yeast 70 g
A pinch of salt
Filling:
Green onions 300 g
Butter 100 g
Egg 8 pcs.
Salt, ground white pepper to taste
Cooking method

Combine yeast, 50 gr. sugar, 200 ml. warm milk and half flour. Stir and heat for 3 hours. Add the yolks, diluted in 1 tsp. water salt and remaining sugar. Mix. Will add b vegetable and melted butter. Knead the dough, gradually adding the rest of the flour. Cover with a towel and let it ferment for 1 hour. During this time, knead the dough 1-2 times. Put the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, divide into 30 pieces, cover with a towel. Withstand until doubled in size. After proving, shape the patties.

Chop green onions and fry in butter for no more than 5 minutes. Boil eggs in a hard boil, chop finely, mix with onions, salt, season with white pepper.

Put a ball of dough in the palm of your hand, knead it slightly with the other hand. Place the filling in the middle and pinch the dough. Put the pie on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Allow the dough to rise again, grease the surface of the pies with egg yolk and bake for 7-8 minutes in the oven preheated to 220 0 С
