Cooking method

  • Place in the bread maker one by one as written in the ingredients. This is my first sourdough bread in a bread machine)) We set the "Pelmeni" mode, knead for 20 minutes. Then the program "French bread" 6h.
  • It turned out super !!! Very airy, crispy and very tasty)) And most importantly - HELPFUL !!! I read about store-bought bread and yeast, decided to give up all these delights forever.
