Ingredients

Chicken breast (fillet) 1 PC. (2 shares)
Juice of half a lemon
Mixture taste
Vegetable or olive oil for frying
Garlic 1 clove
For filling:
Fetax cheese product 150-200 gr.
Fresh basil 1/2 bundle
Ground pepper taste
For the sauce:
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pod
Dry white wine 50 ml
Salt pepper taste
Black olives (not added) handful

Cooking method

  • Wash and dry the chicken breast. Separate fillets from bone if whole breast is used, not fillets. Cut each lobe into 2 pieces. Place pieces of breast in a bag or cover with cling film and beat on both sides. Transfer the breast to a bowl, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, cover, for example, with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

  • Prepare the filling:
  • Remove the fetax from the bath, grate on a coarse grater, add chopped basil, pepper a little and mix.

  • Arrange the prepared chops on a cutting board. Place the Fetaxa filling with basil on one edge of the chop. Collapse the roll. If necessary, fasten the edges with toothpicks, but everything was fine with me.
  • Salt and pepper the resulting rolls a little outside.
  • In a multicooker bowl on the Fry 2- Fish mode (set the time to 30 minutes), heat the olive oil or vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, and fry the clove of garlic cut into slices for a minute. Remove the garlic. Put chicken rolls in well-heated garlic oil and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  • Transfer the finished rolls from the multicooker bowl to a plate, cover with a lid or foil and wrap with a towel in order to keep them warm.
  • Prepare tomato sauce:
  • 1. Wash the bell pepper, cut in half (we use only half), cut into small cubes.
  • 2. Remove the skin from the tomatoes (by making cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes and dipping them in boiling water for three seconds). Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  • 3. Measure the required amount of wine.
  • 4. In a bowl, in the same oil where the rolls were fried (if necessary, you can add some more oil) on the Fry mode 1 - Vegetables (20 minutes) fry the bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Pour in the wine and cook the sauce for 5 minutes to completely evaporate the alcohol.

  • (Add chopped olives to the tomato sauce. Close the lid and cook the sauce until the beep. - I didn't add olives)
  • If the sauce is too thick, it can be slightly diluted with broth or water until the desired consistency and heated for 1-2 minutes.
  • After the beep, our sauce is ready.
