Ingredients

Flour

Margarine 1 pack
Slaked soda 1 tsp
Egg 2 pcs.
For filling:
Cottage cheese
(maybe a little less.

Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Sugar 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Prepare shortcrust pastry from the listed products. Spread the main part of the dough with wet hands on a sheet in a layer about 0.5 - 1 cm thick. Leave a small piece for making crumbs, place in the freezer (for better rubbing later). Prepare the filling from the listed ingredients by mixing all the products with a mixer / blender. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. Remove the dough from the freezer and rub it onto the curd on a coarse grater. And in the oven, for 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven. Very fast, very simple and very tasty !!! Cut on a sheet, you can - hot, you can - cold.

Note

Another option - the dough and crumb are the same, and the filling is ordinary jam. Anything - strawberries, currants, gooseberries (this is what I tried with - every time a unique taste!) But the name of this creation will no longer be a curd streusel, but Grandma's Pie.
