Ingredients

Round rice 200 g
Milk 250 g
Sugar 4st. l.
Vanilla sugar 1h l.
Butter 15 g
Salt pinch
For the sauce:
Powdered sugar 100 g
Cocoa powder 2h l.
Butter 30 g
Water 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • Boil thick rice porridge. Rinse the rice, pour 1 tbsp. water, add sugar, salt, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then pour in hot milk, reduce heat to low and cook. Stir for another 10 minutes. (I cooked porridge in a slow cooker in a 1: 4 ratio).
  • Remove from heat, add butter, vanilla sugar, stir, cool, arrange in molds.
  • For the sauce, heat the water and oil until the butter dissolves, add powdered sugar, cocoa, mix until smooth.
  • Pour the resulting sauce over the rice porridge.
  • Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Rice woman
  • An unusual and delicious dessert. If not refrigerated, but served like porridge for breakfast, I'm sure the plates will be sterile-clean!)))

Note

I cooked 1/2 servings, it turned out 3 bowls.

Omela
As if he had options !!!!
Rarerka
: wow: Oh !!! my "older child" will be crazy about such a dish. He can have this and eat instead of meat. Firstly, the sweet tooth is terrible, and secondly, she just loves rice! Pilaf, kutia, sweet pilaf, rice porridge - this is our favorite We'll have to do .............

Class! My eldest daughter, probably, would say the same thing))) But the recipe is ok for me, now I urgently need such little bowls, which I, incidentally, have been looking at for a long time)))
I also have rice from cereals in the first place.
Omela
Rarerka, RybkAthank you girls! I would be glad if you like it. And I would have made more sauce.
Rarerka
There is never too much chocolate !!!
Omela
Vitalinka
Mistletoe, cool dessert!
And tell me how you cooked rice in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, how long, please.
Omela
Vitalinka, Thank you! Yes, as usual cooked porridge, only less liquid (usually 1: 5), and on HI. By the time of 2 hours it turned out, I did not notice. Rice tasted how it was cooked, turned it off.
Vitalinka
Mistletoe, I understood correctly - you cooked 1: 4, that is, for 1 st of rice - 1 tbsp of water and 3 tbsp of milk. Or did you cook with pure milk?
Omela

for 1 cup of rice - 1 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of milk.
Yes.
Vitalinka
Thank you dear!
I recently have a Ministry of Internal Affairs, so I'm learning to cook in it.
Omela
Learn. I have three of them.

I have three of them.

Vitalinka
Mistletoe, I cooked it.
It turned out very tasty. We don't eat milk porridge at all, but I think this woman will like it as a dessert! I wanted to take a picture, but the battery was dead. I think you will believe it and so - here I sit savoring.
Thanks for the recipe!
Omela
Vitalinka, I'm glad that everything worked out and I liked it!
Rarerka
In the evening, we will take a sample of the Sauce on the advice of almost half a liter of zababahala ( to me always come in handy). I told you that there is never too much chocolate ... Made with chocolate butter! Oh, everything smells so good to me now. I'm going to lay out ...

The husband cleaned out the container with the words "Is there still?" Omela, salvation from my sweet tooth!
Omela
Ludmila, HURRAH!!!

[] Thanks for the sauce idea.
I often make a similar rice pudding made today with your sauce. It turned out to be a very interesting taste.
I have the following proportions: a liter of milk, sugar - 80g, rice - 70g. I put in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours, add 2 tbsp. l. rice flour, diluted with 100 ml of milk and low for another 2 hours. Periodically you have to stir, otherwise the rice sticks together. [/ Color]

Erhan, very nice!!!

Omela, thanks, and how delicious. My mother-in-law is visiting me now. She loves rice pudding very much, she is ready to eat it every day, and is surprised when I managed to cook it, which she did not notice. And I put a biscuit in a slow cooker, pudding in a slow cooker, on the floor - a robot, and I sit with her, sip coffee
Omela
Yes, what a blessing that we can afford such helpers. Today I also launched the PMM three times a day, and with horror I thought how I would be without it.
shuska
Omela, I want to put the porridge in the morning now. I'm thinking of doing it in a slow cooker on a timer. But I want to make chocolate gravy now. Do you think the gravy will be okay in the morning? A little bit, I think, you can warm it up a little in the microwave.
And further. Not quite sure what does it mean for 200g of rice only 250ml of milk? It seems like it says 1: 4
Omela
shuska, sorry, I just saw your question. You can cook rice in a proportion convenient for you. I half milk with water. Of course, the gravy can be prepared in advance, and even, I think, you can not heat it in the microwave. The porridge will be hot, the gravy will melt.

shuska
Thank you. Yesterday I did not wait for an answer, I had to put a woman at my own peril and risk.
Rice porridge was cooked in a slow cooker on "milk porridge". I took the proportions from the comments: 200 g of rice, 1 glass of water, 3 glasses of milk, 4 tbsp. l. Sahara. I was afraid to make gravy in the evening. I had to kick up in the morning.
It turned out delicious. Mine were approved. Although, I missed the sweetness a little, but as they say, "the taste and color ..."
Thanks for the recipe

P. S. You can call me
Omela
shuska, glad you liked! And sweetness, yes, a relative concept!
