Giant breadsticks

Ingredients

Measuring cup - 250 ml
Dough:
1 1/2 cups water 375 ml
1/4 cup milk powder 40 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 table. the spoon
Vegetable oil 1 table. the spoon
3 3/4 cups flour 560 g
Fresh yeast 15 g
OR dry yeast 1, 25 tsp
Topping:
1 tbsp. l. finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
2 tbsp. l. cheese
2 tsp dry rosemary

Cooking method

  • 1. Put all products for the dough into a bucket. Dough mode.
  • 2. Put the matched dough on a surface dusted with flour and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3. Roll out the dough into a 40x15 cm rectangle (or along the length of your baking sheet). Cover with topping. Cut into strips 1 cm wide. It is better to push them apart, then they will brown on the sides too. The dimensions of the oven just did not allow me to do this.
  • 4. Bake on a lightly oiled baking sheet in a preheated oven to 400F (200C) for 15-18 minutes.
  • For a change, some of the sticks can be pepper. Another option is to grease with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.
