Cooking method

  • Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and then with your hands until smooth. At the end of mixing, brush your hands with butter and collect the dough into a ball. Lubricate the ball with oil, place in a container. greased with oil, cover with a tight lid (from airing) and leave for 90 - 120 minutes until the dough doubles.
  • IMPORTANT!! It is better not to use the combine bowl for mixing, in which you will then knead. This is the first time I did so so that the container does not stain the additional one. As a result, the remnants of the dough dried on the walls and still had to spread the dough, wash the bowl and return the dough back.
  • That is, I quickly mix the food and go for a walk with the child. We arrive for lunch. Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes.
  • Then, with butter, divide the dough into 2 parts with your hands, round and leave for 5 minutes. During this time, prepare (grease) the form.
  • Form a roll from each part, place in a baking dish. This time I wanted to make double bread in the same mold.
  • Grease the rolls with butter, cover with a bag (I have shower caps), leave for 90-120 minutes. You can go for a walk.
  • We come (this time I got it for 2 hours), preheat the oven to the maximum (I have 230C with convection), sprinkle the blanks with water and bake the first 15 minutes at maximum, then lower the temperature to 200C and bake until tender. The exact time depends on your oven. I have 30 minutes.
  • Remove the finished bread from the mold, grease the crust with butter, cover with a towel.
  • We break the completely cooled bread into two halves, wrap one in cling film and freeze. Thus, the family will be provided with bread for a week.)

Plus, it is very difficult to select a large segment for the whole process. I started digging through the printed sheets and saw this recipe from the cooks.com website (the name is also from there), since Google translated it in general terms, I had to complete it on the go. Of course, this is not a culinary masterpiece and not a role model. It's just an option for busy mothers. Time needed: 5 minutes mixing, 10 minutes kneading, 40 minutes baking. And between these intervals of 1.5 - 2 hours "for a walk". As a result, it turned out very fragrant, it smells like baking.
