Curd-rye pancakes with onions

Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

chopped onion 2 tbsp. l.
chopped garlic 2 cloves
Cottage cheese 2-3 st. l.
Rye flour 2 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
salt, red pepper, baking powder by a pinch

Cooking method

  • Delicious. True, there is no photo. And I don’t know about a bread machine, I haven’t tried it yet.

  • SPICY Fritters with onions.

  • Finely chop onions and garlic, add cottage cheese (grated cheese, feta cheese), I did several times only with cottage cheese, rye flour, egg, salt, red pepper, baking powder. Mix thoroughly, rubbing the cottage cheese, so that the mixture has the consistency of very thick sour cream, into which particles of chopped onion and garlic are embedded. Bake in a frying pan in vegetable oil - one tablespoon of the mixture for one pancake. If a little baking powder is added, the product looks like small toasted pancakes; if you add more baking powder, the pancakes will rise more and become like small potatoes.

  • Bon Appetit!

Bon Appetit!

I just fried pancakes, made them in 2 portions, it turned out 7 pieces ... big, probably)))
Knead in a mixer (half a minute, and the dough is ready) In a bread maker, it is not advisable, it will smear, then scrape off the walls, the dough is creamy)))
I haven't tried it yet, I'm waiting for it to cool down, but the smell is delicious

I took the recipe away, I'll have to try. What is tastier to eat them with? With ketchup or sour cream? Maybe with mayonnaise?

They ate with sour cream, they resemble potato pancakes, my husband did not even believe that there was cottage cheese I liked it, it was elementary and tasty ... but not dietary

Celestine, very easy to translate into "dietary"
- instead of cheese or fatty cottage cheese - homemade low-fat cottage cheese
- instead of 1 egg 2 egg whites
- take a minimum of vegetable oil

And everything else - rye flour (coarsely peeled), onions, garlic, pepper - quite!
And eat not with sour cream, but all with the same delicate low-fat curd. You can chop fresh dill into it

In general, at 0% cottage cheese was made and flour was just peeled ... maybe it's not so scary

Good pancakes for beer turned out. Super fast! And so soft ...
I tried it with raw onions and fried. It tastes much better with fried. And if with raw, then the onion turns out to be crispy, does not have time to stew properly. Fried in a very small amount of olive oil. I used curd mass in the dough and added curry seasoning. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
