Chicken rolls with nuts and Dorblu cheese

Chicken rolls with nuts and cheese

Ingredients

chicken breast (fillet) 4 things
walnuts 2 tbsp. l
cheese 200 g
parsley 1 bundle
thyme 1 bundle
garlic 4 cloves
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Before the holidays, there were many magazines with recipes for celebrations and now I often have to cook according to some of those that my household brings. They themselves modestly choose their own recipe ... I can only think of a reason not to cook it!
  • We could not escape this recipe - we had all the ingredients for it.
  • 1. Lightly beat the chicken breasts and rub with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Grind nuts, herbs and garlic in a blender. Add salt and pepper to the filling to taste.
  • 3. Put the filling on the chicken: first put the cheese and the rest of the filling on top. We twist the rolls and wrap them in foil.
  • Chicken rolls with nuts and cheese
  • 4. Place the rolls on a baking sheet half filled with water and bake at 200 * C for 40 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of baking, you can unfold the top layer of foil and let the rolls brown.
  • You can cook rolls and steam in a double boiler or MV. Then it is better to wrap them in a baking bag.
  • 5. We release the finished rolls from foil and, if we use them as a hot dish, pour over the sauce and serve. In this case, it is better to cut them into cylinders, 4-5 cm high.
  • I made my favorite sauce - mint .. Lemon would also do here.
  • Chicken rolls with nuts and cheese
  • The rolls are also good cold. Recipe from the magazine "Azbuka festive cookery" 2013
  • There are already many chicken rolls on the site. Here is some of them:

  • Take your pick and enjoy. Enjoy your holidays!

Marinka what a delicious roll. And cooking is not difficult at all. Thanks for sharing the recipe. That's just about the cheese "Crushing" I have not heard. Which one would you describe, if possible, which one is more like?

Olesya, Thank you!
Cooking very fast - I did a little to try. I quickly twisted it into the oven. Now I think that it will be no worse in a double boiler or MV.
"Dorblu" is blue cheese. He, of course, is not for everybody. I don't eat a lot of it live, but I love it very much as a filler, as here!

Twist
Marisha, how delicious! Nuts, my favorite cheese! Boeru note.

Marina, how delicious! I bookmark it for the holiday just in time.

Marinka, now it's clear, THANKS !!!
MariS

Glad our tastes match again Marisha!
The recipe is convenient, such products are always at hand. Well, if only "Dorblu". So his fans always have it.
I think it can be replaced with another similar cheese. Bree would be fine here too.
And hard cheeses will do if you really want to try!

I would be very glad if the recipe comes in handy, Galinka! The main thing is that it prepares quickly!

I agree completely!
On the site, someone already suggested to put together all the quick recipes like "Guests on the doorstep".
It would be very convenient.
Sometimes you forget your own "masterpieces", and even searching in your own bookmarks takes a lot of time.

Marina, can you tell us more about sauces, about mint and lemon?
MariS
I think mint sauce is everywhere.
Here in Rice ring with fish :

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=309391.0

It also says about lemon. It's simple, remove the mint and put lemon instead.

You can cook like this:
1 tbsp. l flour, 2 tbsp. l butter, 2 tbsp. broth or water, 2 tbsp. l lemon juice.
All the same is possible with mint - there are many options.

Wow!!! What a deliciousness! Now I urgently need it too! Marish, where did you get the cheese? My husband and I adore him, but for a couple of months now he disappeared from the shelves of nearby stores. Neither Auchan, nor Magnolia, and even Scarlet Sails. In some shop, my husband was told that he was supposedly taken out of production. It sounds a little crazy, but we were still upset. So I will look forward to hearing!
And thanks for the beautiful yummy !!!

Thanks for the compliment, Lena!
Didn't know that it was time for "Dorble" to stock up ...
We bought cheese a couple of weeks ago at the Morozko supermarket on the street. Kedrov and he lay there calmly.
Somewhere in small shops I also met. Maybe they are already selling the remains?
I hope you find it somewhere!

Thank you, Marish! Let's hope that these are not leftovers that are being sold, but new ones, after all, have gone. Or on Kedrova Street, as in Greece - there is a mustache! That's it, I want to live on Kedrova!

Len, come on, take a chance - there are very good apartments and houses in this area and still a practical center ...

Well, but seriously, you can use another "blue" cheese. For me, everything just coincided: the remnants of the cheese were waiting in the wings and waited ... for this recipe!
Gala
Marine, and we are neighbors ?! I know Morozko very well for a long time. I work at Profsoyuznaya, but I live at Kaluzhskaya
But this is a lyrical digression, now on business.
Yesterday I ran in the recipe. The photo is like next time, otherwise I have a temporary ambush with this: I can not dump it on the computer. The recipe, as expected, is wonderful, tasty and quick. Made some changes. There was no blue cheese, I didn't want to go to the store, so I added feta, and ground the nuts with cranberries. While beating the meat, I overdid it. I had to roll the cutlets in oat bran, so as not to fall apart and fry in the mv. The option is not as dietary as yours, but it also has a place to be. Husband is fastidious, highly appreciated

By the way, Dor Blue is always in Bill.
Elena Tim
Well, nifigase! Girls, Marin, Galin! What do you have there on Profsoyuznaya, communism chtol cheese? Should we go hungry here on Prospekt Mira? Tomorrow I'll go to climb the boutiques, we can bring happiness to us too!
Yes, I almost forgot, but what kind of cheese you have, loose or in triangles?
Gala

Flax, it turns out that yes, communism!
In Bill, mostly in triangles, and next to it, in the Bucharest store, there are all sorts of different ...

Great, Galin! Experiment, that is, creativity is our ALL!
And most importantly, my husband took it for another masterpiece.
I am very pleased that I liked the recipe, although there were deviations from it.

Hurray-aaa, we are neighbors, how great! I have been living on Profsoyuznaya for more than 30 years: first, next to
m. Cheryomushki, now m. Profsoyuznaya nearby.

And many people know the Morozko store since Soviet times. Muscovites came from everywhere to buy Polish frozen vegetables and fruits - there was a terrible shortage!

Yes - we are here under communism and not only cheese! The trade union is, in my opinion, the longest in Moscow, that's where all the stuff is brought.

Lena, and I had cheese in triangles.
Here on the site what kind of cheese the girls did not produce.
So maybe we'll start cooking ourselves with mold?

Today I saw Dor blue in Ashan Gagarinsky. True, not the usual one, in a green wrapper, but in a transparent one with a red and blue label. And a few more names of weight and in triangles - dana blue, austria blue - I think the same thing.

I hope we have some craftsmen and we will soon be making our own cheese.

An4utka, thanks for the information.

Irish - !!! I think I will look at the festive table.
You can lay the rolls on a pillow of green lettuce leaves, sprinkle with sauce and sprinkle with pink or red peppercorns on top.

In general, Irish, I dream of organizing holidays not for the "belly", but for the "gourmet". Only holidays are not very suitable for this ...
After all, our people think that if the table does not break from food, then the owner of that ... not very much ... Or: "We were not expected here ..."

Merri
Marina, I completely agree with you, but in practice it turns out that our holidays are both for the stomach and for gourmand. I always get better after the New Year.

When else to pamper yourself, no matter how on holidays!
And it's okay that during this time we get a little fat, on weekdays we will spin so again that we will quickly return to form!

Marina, I'm coming with a report and thanks !!
Not very confused and most importantly delicious.
I did two options. One like yours with nuts and green cheese. The second option is with cheese, fried onions and mushrooms, seasoned with cheese sauce.
Did it like a cold appetizer. Truth was baked in foil in an airfryer.

This is how I got it.

Chicken rolls with nuts and cheese

Thanks for the recipe.
Happy New Year and new recipes that we look forward to !!

Lyudochka, happy you!
How nice that the recipe came in handy - it means I did my best. The rolls turned out to be very beautiful, and the rolls with mushrooms are also very tasty! The main thing in a recipe is the ability to supplement and change it to your taste.
Thank you for your kind words and I wish you creative success and many interesting recipes. And let the house be warm and soulful from delicious bread aromas!
