I want to share a chicken recipe. This is our family's favorite cake.
Filling: remove the skin from the legs, cut the meat, chop it finely and fry until cooked with finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. It is better to take unfrozen meat such as loops for the filling. Legs can be replaced with chicken breasts. Do not pour a lot of oil into the pan, just a little.
We bake thin pancakes according to any recipe you have.
Defrost the puff pastry.
For pouring, slightly mix the eggs with cream, you do not need to be zealous and beat.
We roll out one layer of puff pastry (slightly) to the size we need, but we need the dough to cover the bottom and sides of the form hanging a little from them. Form with a diameter of 22cm. We do not grease with oil, just sprinkles the form with flour, lightly.
Put the first pancake on the dough, fill it with rice, level it, pour it in a spiral, pouring about 3 tbsp. spoons (I use the filling so that the fillings do not crumble when cutting the Kurnik) Cover with the second pancake.
We spread the mushroom filling and again a couple of tablespoons of the egg-cream mixture. Third pancake.

Put a little of the remaining filling of rice and eggs on top (it took me only half of the rice!) Form the dome-shaped Kurnik. Cover with the fifth pancake and close on top with the rolled second layer of dough, connect the lower and upper layers of the dough, press them firmly together and cut off the excess on the edge of the mold, thereby obtaining a beautiful edge.
We make a decoration from the dough remnants, grease the Kurnik with the remains of the egg-cream mixture, glue on it "ruffles and stars" which we also cover with the egg mixture. We pierce in several places (to the bottom) with a knife, but better with a thin knitting needle or stick, since the cuts from the knife are too noticeable on the finished cake.
We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes, until a beautiful ruddy color.
