I have been using Mulka OW 1000 for a whole year already. I chose it as the cheapest at that time. but it suits me completely. used all of its functions in one way or another. lately I have been using it only for kneading dough, but baked in the oven, since the shape of the loaf is inconvenient for us. but now the heat is worth it and I don't want to heat up the oven, I again bake in a bread maker
during the reporting period, the bottom of the bucket was superficially scratched.
something like that

Мoulinex BAGUETTE AND CO OW600230
Nice car. It worked for me for a year (all my equipment is "on fire!"), The oil seal is frayed, I can't knead the dough, I'm torturing the Boshevsky combine (I've been plowing for 5 years!). Can someone tell me how to find a way out, for a new bucket 1500 and more, it's a pity to give!

Look towards Panasonic.

I have OW 5024 (it works for the 3rd year, almost the same as yours in terms of functionality), through my own fault I also had to change the bucket (I paid 2000 rubles) and I do not regret it, the car is excellent, although I still bought it before ordering a new bucket Panasonic 2502 (also an excellent technique and plus my dream), but nevertheless I really like Moulinex (there are many programs, all the necessary ones, and even bakes baguettes, everything in it is fine) and now I am saving a new bucket, and the old one is in reserve. Both x / stoves work, now I treat them more carefully. Tip: buy her a new bucket and she will serve you for a long time. All the same, your x / stove is very good. Do not cook jam in it, after a sweet dough, rinse the bucket longer, where the shaft and the oil seals are, and after you dry it, turn the shaft from below. And try to fix the old bucket, change the oil seal, I also read it, in the topic "Mulinex" there are subtopics "Repair of the Mulinex bucket ..." Good luck!

Good evening! We also bought "for the action" moulinex HOME BREAD OW110130 and after checking in the store, for joy, we forgot to put a passport with instructions in the box. The wife does not even let it be turned on without instructions. We managed to find instructions on the Internet, but there are two pages missing with a table of baking times for programs. Maybe someone managed to find these tables for OW110130? Please share. I really want to try "my" bread, but I don't want to quarrel with my wife.

Are you sure that such two pages exist for your model x / stove? How many have I looked at the instructions on different sites, so there are the same instructions, these are:

And you do not go to the sites You go here first "The bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What could be the matter?" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0

melkay
the instructions say that the first time you need to bake plain white bread! bought an electronic scale, weighed everything on them, everything exactly according to the recipe and loaded it into the oven. but the bread has a crust of opal still in the oven, it seems to be baked and it tastes like nothing)))

recipe:
rac oil - 2 tbsp. l; water - 350 ml; salt - 2 tsp; sugar - 2 tbsp. l; milk - 125 ml; flour - 600 gr; yeast - 1.5 tsp.
I read that you need to add less yeast and try to bake again, did I understand correctly ??

then we decided to try a brioche bun, also all according to the recipe, but the dough didn't even completely spread out in shape, so we had to bake it !!! the recipe says that this bun is yellow as the sun, but we got a brown one !!!!!

recipe: milk - 60 ml; eggs - 3 pcs; plum oil - 140 gr; sugar - 50 gr; salt - 1.5 tsp; wheat flour. - 430 gr; yeast 1 tsp and chocolate - 75 g (optional), what does this word mean ??? and the amount of milk confused me in this recipe

can't figure out how to post a photo here ?? I wanted to show my masterpieces))))
melkay
so I came to you, help, teach, do not quit !!!!

Hello, happy and not very happy holders of HP Moulinex. Take the new HP owner into your ranks. Today we bought Mulya 5024 (this is my second HP, the first was purchased in May 2012 (just below the class) and successfully broke down in January 2013. I was 200% happy with it. True, it could not be repaired, the money was returned to us and we took this new beauty ....) However, having read all the comments now, I don't even know whether to be happy or not ... But let's be optimists. Naturally, the first thing I did was bake baguettes (I know, I know, I should have tried simple bread!), But ... my hands are itching to the unknown. I even managed to twist the baguettes almost correctly. And you know, I did it ... almost, for some reason, the baguettes were burnt, especially those that are on the bottom shelf ... I wanted to insert a photo, it didn't work ... But it doesn't matter, the main thing is to start, and now I will smarter, and with your permission, I will run here on the site and read the recipes and comments! Regards, Vika

Vika1370, congratulations on your new assistant! The stove, of course, is, in principle, good and whoever is lucky with it. For some, it works for a long time, which is what I wish for you. I have this stove for about three years. It happens in different ways, but it serves. I really like her, she has everything that I wanted. Baguettes also burn on the bottom shelf, I showed here herebut this is mainly if the crust is dark or medium. I get out of the situation like this: before the end of baking the baguettes, in about 10 minutes, I take out the stand with baguettes and change the places of the upper and lower molds with baguettes, close the lid and the baguettes are baked. And I always put only a light crust. Good luck to you!
Lyalya Toy
Vika Welcome! To the beautiful Mulek family
My baguettes are also burnt, but I make the "Light" crust and they turn out to be fried.
Vika1370
Thank you girls for your kind words. There is clearly something wrong with the recipe for Mula ...I tried today to bake bread in olive oil and it didn't work out for me, the dough was not kneaded at all, I added oil and water a little, but still the dough is not what it should be ... for about 30 minutes. silence in the stove, here I sit and think whether it is defective or what ... while I wait
Vika1370
took bread out of the oven, it's horror! not grown, burnt! Nightmare, what's wrong ??? I want my old lady Mulya back.

Good evening girls! Thank you for your support and help. Thanks to a tip, Lagri baked baguettes today and they didn't burn on me. It turned out very tasty and beautiful. So for her health, a baguette with butter was eaten today. Regarding the bread: today I baked quick bread for a medium crust, as for me the crust is dark for a medium crust, but otherwise it turned out well, but on a dark crust it probably would have burnt ... ... program 5 - 3h. 34 minutes: water 145 ml., Olive oil 105 g., Sugar 22 g., Salt 2 tsp., Special bread flour 480 g., Yeast 1.5 tsp. In the recipe it is also indicated: after the sound. signal to add garlic, and where is it in the recipe? Yeast I use only PAF, good suitability, maybe it's all about this special. flour? Did I give you ordinary wheat? and immediately the question: what kind of flour is so special? And about the photo, I still don’t understand how to post it Thank you very much girls for your help
Lagri
Vika, I'm glad that it helped you and the baguettes turned out. If there is bread with added sugar, then I think it should be baked only on a light crust. I only use Pakmaya dry fast-acting yeast - this yeast has never let me down. But the Saf-moment failed. But then I read about defective lots, so I can see the defective ones and got caught, although the shelf life was normal. The dough didn't fit. I just threw them away. There are typos in the recipe book, I noticed this and read about it on the forums, so I don't really trust the recipes from it, although I baked on them too. Many succeeded. Happy bread to you!
Lyalya Toy
Vika, and not a lot of oil? 145 g seems a bit too much to me
I usually add 1-2 tbsp. l. What is this special bread flour?
I don’t know one. I take regular flour in the store that says
"Wheat baking flour". We just don't have another.
And try to replace the yeast too. SAF let me down more than once.
Good luck! Everything will work out for you.

There is an electronic version, but I don’t remember the paper version.
I'll look at home in the evening.
This weekend I plan to bake Borodino bread. We have such a program, and it should be enough for baking without double programming.
We'll see. But I don’t have any leaven. If I don’t buy it, I’ll try a lemon juice substitute. Scary ... But it's not the gods who burn the pots, do they? Need to try.
I got a stove on December 9th. So far, everything worked out.
Baked white base bread, white with the addition of rye flour, and white mustard bread on kefir. All the bread turned out to be good. The stove is smart!

yasusha, let's share our experience, it looks like this is a new model, it will be useful not only for us.

rummaged, does not match, as for me .. that is, the time of our total time of our programs does not correspond to the time indicated in the instructions that you threw off .. and on other models in the same way. and if the total time does not correspond, then the kneading and rest times should also be different. This is bad
Another question for you, did you say that you made basic bread - is it according to the recipe from the instructions? because in my book of recipes for a bread maker there are no simple recipes, everything is mostly complex, there is not even a simple white and French one. and you? I found a recipe book for 5002 on the Internet, but there the recipes are suitable for programs for 5002, but they (programs) differ from ours .. so it's hard to understand which program I use to bake.
I didn't like our instructions and recipe book at all .. everything has to be looked for separately
irina-sb
Basic baked recipe from the instructions. In the photo he is. For the rest of the breads I took the recipes here. White heat on the main program (4). Rye did not work. Baking on the Borodinsky program. Somehow in time it seemed to me very short. And the result: the bread is damp and did not rise as it should.
The taste and smell are good.
I just thought, maybe you need to create a separate topic according to our model and there he shares his experience of successes and mistakes, pictures of bread and impressions.
To make it easier to navigate people who are looking for information on it.
yasusha
I'm not against a new topic, let's create)
And as for the bread maker, compared to the programs for 5002, ours are simply terribly short. The longest we have in my opinion is 3 hours 20 minutes.
But mostly 2 hours, etc. I don’t understand why this is so?
I honestly didn't experiment anymore, they didn't have time to eat that bread yet, 1 kg is still a lot for two. But for now I will focus on the recipe book for 5002. It is more complete.

Nice car. It worked for me for a year (all my equipment is "on fire!"), The oil seal is frayed, I can't knead the dough, I'm torturing the Boshevsky combine (I've been plowing for 5 years!). Can someone tell me how to find a way out, for a new bucket 1500 or more, it's a pity to give!

I have exactly the same CP, we treated it like this: first, my husband sprinkled WD-40 liquid there, so it stood for several hours, then manually twisted the oil seals, then they started pouring boiling water for 15 minutes, then sprinkled it with Silicone grease, let it stand, rinsed and now using it! The only thing is that after baking bread, I don't wash it right away and I don't soak the bucket, I wash it only before kneading! Thus, I have no problems with oil seals for half a year. And why not mine - I read it in the instructions for the HP LG.

And so I wanted to change the same bucket! After such manipulations, I even cooked Jam and everything is ok, just before cooking I smeared it with silicone grease!

So, a month since I have been using the Moulinex OW 6101 bread maker. During this time I fell in love with it. A wonderful assistant!
Perfectly bakes bread, kneads dough. The baguettes have not yet been baked. And, since I bake bread in dough, I have not used the delayed start either. Yes, I didn't buy bread after the appearance of the bread machine. Your bread is very tasty. I even baked bread for sandwiches with caviar and it was delicious and beautiful (my husband doubted this, but everything worked out)
The bread maker is good, it copes with its function.
Mar_k
Irina, congratulations and I'm glad that you and KP have developed a complete understanding! Delicious bread for you!
Tusya53
And I am in "disheveled" feelings ... I bought Moulinex 613E32 and it seems ... I was wrong)))) Compared to my Panasonic SD-255, this one has an additional opportunity to bake baguettes ... AND EVERYTHING !!!! The rest is inferior in everything. But I went to the store with the firm intention to buy the same Panasonic? only a newer model, otherwise I have had it for many years, one side of the bread began to burn.
Cons of Moulinex 613E32:
- it works not only noisily, but THUMPS like a tractor !!!
- There are absolutely no dough recipes (only two), one of them "for pasta" for 1.5 kg of dough !!! You can feed "the whole village" !!!
-and you can bake baguettes and rolls in a simple oven.
So you have to use both stoves. Panasonic will never be thrown away. Dough and bread recipes ... SEA!
Something like that!
Yours faithfully
