Peace be with you bakers!

Tusya53 - and you can bake baguettes and rolls in a simple oven.

you will not believe - you can knead the dough with your hands

Compared to my Panasonic SD-255, this one has the additional ability to bake baguettes AND EVERYTHING !!!! Otherwise inferior in everything
And when you chose the stove, did you study the characteristics? And didn't you compare your own and the one you chose?
By the way, what exactly is inferior? I only heard about the thunders.
In about it thunders ... I have nothing to compare with. Noisy when kneading, but not critical.
Regarding the recipes ... the sea of them. It is not necessary that the recipe says: for the mulinex stove. Any recipe is fine. All my breads turn out great. And just bread so as not to bother I do not bake. I am constantly inventing something, and the results are only encouraging.
I tried baking baguettes. Baked wheat-rye with the addition of whole grain flour in a 12 hour cold dough. There is no such recipe either :) It turned out very tasty. And dried in a toaster and with private sour cream sauce for soup a la bouillabaisse ... mmm ... very much! I sing my laudatory odes to the stove, because many Moulinex scold. I myself was scared when they gave it to me (I was afraid that I would suffer) It turned out the opposite. Bread baking has pushed aside many of my other hobbies today. And of the shortcomings, I would note only one: very tasty ... the jeans are cramped, damn it ...
Mar_k
I would not say that it rattles! Her body is metal, so you can hear it! I think that baking does not depend on the oven, but on the recipe itself and the torn program. Since, for example, on program 8, the bread will be different from 10 - although there is one recipe.
Today I made hot sandwiches with cheese - 10 minutes - very tasty!

In a bread maker? How is it? In a baguette holder or what?
Mar_k
Yes, Moulinex 600230 bread maker
Lagri
In a baguette, half a baguette with something and sprinkle with cheese and for 10 minutes. for the Baking mode? Or something else? I have a model 5024 with a baguette holder.
Mar_k
I have additional baking sheets. but you can also use baguette holders. I put it, greased it with ketchup and sprinkled it with cheese and on program 7 (baking) for 10 minutes - and you're done!
Lagri
Clearly. I really make hot sandwiches in a mini-oven, but there the oven first heats up, about 3 minutes, somewhere. You can try it in a bread maker, if so quickly.

Hello.
As recently as the day before yesterday I became the owner of such a bread machine Moulinex 6121
Hurrah! Bought Moulinex !!!

Prior to this experience, there was no communication with such a device, although I baked bread several times. Both yeast and yeast-free on homemade sourdough.
We carefully get to know each other. ))) The very first baguettes were tested. Today I baked wheat-rye on the "French loaf" setting. I haven't cut it yet)))

I have several questions for the owners of the same model (well, or others, if they are not very different).

- when I baked baguettes, I took out the dough for cutting - all this time the HP was picking up periodically. That is how it should be?
- for baguettes I took a recipe with sesame seeds, but did not add it. The dough, it seemed to me, turned out to be too soft, I added flour when cutting, but still it did not work to cut. Hence the question: is it necessary to substitute flour (by weight? By volume?) For additives if they are not used? Maybe it was necessary to immediately add a certain amount of flour (how much?) Instead of 90 g of sesame seeds?
- how to cancel the wrong program selected? The first time I ran into the wrong buttons - I had to unplug them and wait about 10 minutes.
- yes, and another question from an amateur (please do not throw slippers): in the recipes, what is in the book, what is not written here, what kind of dry yeast is used. Both times I put dry fast-acting ones as a safety net - I poured them on top of flour. And if those that need to be activated with water are dry or fresh: should they be diluted and then poured onto the flour as well?

I will be glad to receive answers and hope that we will become friends with HP, and I will "register" here)))
PS Here is my first bread. I pulled him out with "dancing" - I had to walk with a silicone spatula between him and the form. Unmixed flour remained in three places on the crust on the sides. But delicious. )))

Hurrah! Bought Moulinex !!!

And I remembered one more question: the shoulder blades were stuck. How to determine the time when they can be pulled out of the test? When will it stop interfering - will it "calm down"?
Mar_k
Angora, congratulated with the assistant! Delicious bread for you!
I will weigh the questions on Vpshi, but for the beginning I will ask you - you measured it off with the scales, if not, then buy better, or rather, the glass from HP has an error!
1. Beeps on the baguettes so that you don't forget that Vincent needs to return 30 minutes to bake the baguettes, because then, if you don't bake and don't start, the stove resets the program! The dough is not liquid and not thick, but such a pliable stubborn should work out, and I make cuts with scissors - I don't like their HP knife!
2. The dough should be soft and a little elastic, all the flour should be collected from the bucket, if it remains after baking - there was a lot of flour!
3. Yeast is usually indicated with a soft moment - dry and should be poured over the top of the flour. So I came to the conclusion that you need to take less than indicated in the recipe (if it costs 1 tsp, then we take 3/4, or if 1 1/2, then I take 1 tsp.
Mar_k
4. Cancel the program, you need to hold the start button for a few seconds, it will either beep or beep when you release the button, depending on the program.
5. You can also press yeast, after activation, pour them over the entire bookmark. This also applies to ferments.
7. If I didn’t pull out the shoulder blades, then pulling it out lightly by hitting the edge of the bucket turned upside down on the board and shaking it harder! In general, if you bake without haste, then after kneading, about 2 hours before the end of the program (this is the main one from 8-10), carefully pull out the shoulder blades and lay out the dough evenly, then when you pull out, scroll the pin bucket from the bottom and the bread itself will fall out
Mar_k
The time remaining is indicated on the scoreboard. Sit down and check it for the first time and you will understand everything!
Angora
Well, thank you!
Yes, I have a scale. I bought it for a couple of years for soap, now I use them in cooking.
You won't find a saf moment in ordinary stores (Belarus). I have adapted to a different manufacturer. I put fast-acting bread in today's bread (which is probably called instant in the saf-moment), but more than in the recipe - instead of 1 tsp. - 1.5.

I took out the shoulder blades with a special hook. But, probably, they also "kept" the loaf in shape - tapping did not help. So you have to adapt to get them.

And also a question: I caught my eye in some kind of Mulinex HP, not baguette molds, but flat ones - without a partition - for buns. Will they fit, say, my model? How many parts are interchangeable with Moulinex. Maybe this has already been discussed, but I have probably mastered only a thousandth of the forum so far)))
Mar_k
So fit, why not! There are HP with 4 forms, and there are with 2. You can buy it in service centers. There, if anything, you can measure it on a stand.
I have 600 230, with 4 counterparts. I bake flat pies, braids, loaves - I like it !!!
Mar_k
the scapula, if I forget to take it out in advance, I take it out with a stick from the sushi - it's so handy for me! But you can't use a hook, and you don't want to scratch!

Hello!!!!
This is my first time on this site !!!!
Today I bought myself a Mulinex 612132 bread maker
At the moment, the first bread is being baked, the simplest White bread in mode 4. When ready I will post the first photo !!! As I understand it, this is the new latest model in Moulinex, and so far very few people have it, I will be very grateful if you will spread, who has such a model, their recipes !!!!
First impressions:
Very positive and positive !!!!!!!!!! Pretty, neat, little white !!!! There is a window !!! They said that the window fogs up, yes, it fogs up, but not for long, only when it kneads and starts to warm up the bowl, literally 10 minutes, then you can see everything again !!! Already finishing baking bread, it fits perfectly, evenly, the crust on top is well browned (I put it on a medium crust), it smells like bread for the whole house !!!! That is, I don’t see any minuses yet. And I hope I won't.
I measured the flour with a bowl with markings for flour, no scales yet. There is no flour on the side of the bowl !!!! Flour was taken by Novopokrovskaya and Lvovskie dry yeast. the dough fit perfectly !!!!!
I really hope here to find some more recipes for this model !!!!!!!!
I'll post the photos a little later ...
Ksyushka19
The bread is PERFECT !!!!!!!!!!!! It didn’t stick anywhere, pulled out easily and even the corollas remained in the bucket (I realized for myself that it is necessary to pull it out immediately after the beep while it’s hot), then no problem !!!! And by the way there was NO smell of plastic !!!!! In general, a very high-quality assembly of the bread machine and baked bread very well !!!! I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE !!!!! I recommend everyone to take this model !!!!!!! Moulinex 612132
I haven't seen a cutaway yet, but I'll post it all tomorrow !!!!!

I took out the bread immediately after I finished the baking program, apparently while it was hot, the bread at the bottom was soft and I easily flew out without corollas !!!!!!!!!!
Ksyushka19
I'm here on my own ... I'm talking about

I'll ask another question, I hope someone will answer !!!!

You can also use recipes from another model, for example, with Moulinex 6002 for his Moulinex 612132 ?
sazalexter
Ksyushka19, You can use from any HP, but better from the forum. It's like first grade ink can be used in grade 10
Angora
Ksyushka, congratulations. We will master it together. )))

I try to take proven recipes. Those who are already baking. Or here on the forum, where you can see the report and read about the subtleties.

The day before yesterday I baked milk bread. Arranged "dances with tambourines" First, I pulled out the shoulder blades earlier than necessary - and the stove began to interfere further. Put it in place. Then she poked at some button - the batch started over. I had to turn off the stove. I decided to do the approach in the microwave. The container did not fit! I didn't want to shift it. Then I turned off the stove and put it sideways to a warm battery for an hour. And when the dough came up, I just baked it on the "baking". Happened!
Ksyushka19
Thank you! I will try!!!!!
I'm just interested in each bread machine's programs under different numbers, let's say I found a recipe, but on which program should I put it? that's interesting

And let's upload with pictures, who has succeeded and we are also interested in people who are looking for the same !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ksyushka19
and how to upload pictures? something I'm dull ...
Angora
First of all, I ask when I take the recipe. If the programs do not match, then I look in the book and compare - on which program the manufacturer recommended preparing a similar recipe.

In general, of course, I did not really like the instructions given by Mulinex. Although I always read the instructions carefully and try to figure it out, the terms are used in a somewhat confusing way.

Photo: there are many buttons above the response window. One - a "picture in a frame" - is a link to an image posted somewhere on the Internet (on your website, on an Internet hosting). Putting a photo directly, as I understand it, is possible only through the gallery. First load into it, and then link in the post.
Ksyushka19
oh ... how not everything is simple ... I thought you could throw pictures straight from the computer on a straight line ... well ... I'll try it somehow ... I think everyone will succeed ...
Ksyushka19

In general, happy with the purchase like an elephant !!!!!
P.S. the quality of the photo is so-so, I'm just from the phone ...
Angora
Milk bread repeated today. Made instead of a kilogram - 750 g. Bread on program 4 - white bread, as advised in the recipe book .. It went up a little worse and not as evenly as last time - with "dancing", approach near the battery and just baking))). Apparently, next time I should try program - 5 - French. It is longer.
Ksyushka19
I have sweet yogurt from the children's kitchen at home, I'm wondering how it can be used in a bread or cake recipe there? who knows such recipes?
Please, until the storage period has expired !!!!!!!
Angora
Ksyushka, look here on the site. Somewhere I came across. Yogurt can be used in recipes instead of kefir or sour cream. Only adjust the amount of flour.
Ksyushka19
I decided to try from the recipe book Moulinex 6121 - bread with garlic and olives, here are the results, the pictures are of course pale and the quality is so-so
I put it on 750g. the bread turned out to be quite high, on the "French bread" program, the pulp is very light and soft, tasty in short ... well, the olives in the bread are not for everybody, as anyone, I liked the bread in general!
Hurrah! Bought Moulinex !!!
Hurrah! Bought Moulinex !!!

Hello!
Bought two days ago Moulinex OW3101. Before going to bed, I fall asleep with all the ingredients, put a postponement of the program and wake up in the morning with the aroma of bread! The first time I made French bread, the second time I made white bread. The bread is delicious! Now I put white bread with an egg, we'll see how it comes out.

Peace be with you bakers!

Gennady--

It's good that everything works out
Only now it may not be worth doing with an egg for a delayed start

Why will the egg go bad in 8 hours? I cooked it with an egg, put a delay for 8 hours, everything seems to be fine. I stirred an egg with milk.

So you say the bread turned out to be medicinal?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

in the sense of advertising

WHAT-- SUDDENLY

Well, if in suryoz - if the milk turns sour in 8 hours \ for my taste it's even better \ - if, of course, the milk is normal
But how the egg will show itself well, do not poison yourself, but you can spoil the bread
Although here a lot of factors should work
Genazb
Here I have half a loaf of these and I think what to do with it) throw it out or finish it. Even though it smells normal, but already there is no desire)

Yes, gobble up of course

aunt bad weather
Hurray, there is a bread maker in our house! This idea came to light after a neighbor in the garden treated her to freshly baked bread. Mmmm, eat it off, how delicious! And now a couple of weeks ago we got a mulinex ow 311e bread maker. I bake bread every day! The first was French bread. It melted, rose, but the appearance was "hills-mountains". After that, I registered on the site, began to study topics for bakers of "zheltorotikov" and now it turns out much better bread! But we can't take a picture, we eat it quickly!
